Checking in is always quick, I'm seen in a reasonable amount of time, and everyone is always very friendly and welcoming.
All in all, everything they provide has been great. They're on time, professional, and make appointments comfortable.
I recently got contacts but they have a really nice glasses selection, I enjoy coming in for appointments and know both doctors are very knowledgeable.

I have seen both Dr. Berman and Dr. Esperon and they are great people and wonderful doctors. I am very comfortable with them because they explain everything they are doing so I am never caught off guard. I would definitely recommend their office in Hackensack.

Paul E. Berman, O.D., FAAO. has been serving Bergen County since 1976, offering full scope, state of the art vision care.
Dr. Berman specializes in vision therapy for learning related visual problems, ocular discomfort, and performance problems related to reading, computers and sports. All vision therapy programs are individualized and all treatment is one-to-one in order to insure maximum benefit.
An International lecturer and former faculty member of SUNY College of Optometry, Dr. Berman consults for Head Start, pre-school facilities, and professional and Olympic athletic teams.
Matt Esperon, O.D. graduated from the University of California San Diego in 1999 with a degree in Animal Physiology and Neuroscience and then from the State University of New York College of Optometry in 2003 through a US Navy scholarship.
He is experienced in vision therapy, ocular surface disease, and retinal disease through internships at the SUNY University Optometric Center Vision Therapy and Ocular Disease Centers, and through the St. Alban's VA Hospital.
We are focused on maintaining an atmosphere openness and availability. We welcome all questions and we are always available by phone,email,or in person in order to respond to all of your vision needs.
We have many brochures,handouts,and videos on all visual and eye health issues. We intend for our patients to fully understand all aspects of your eye health so that we can help you to maintain a lifetime of healthy eyes.
