Horrible... trainers are rude and unprofessional. Don't waste your money here~ Customers are treated terrible. Jake treats people terrible. This is why people are leaving!

Since joining this gym 8 months ago I have gone down 5 sizes and lost about 40 pounds. I have always exercised and tried many diet programs but have never had results like this before. This gym offers all the equipment you need in a small non-intimidating atmosphere, the staff is knowledgeable about nutrition and the facility is immaculate. As a physical therapist and a previous aerobic instructor I have been in so many gyms but this one stands way above the rest.

I stopped in over the weekend to check out the facility for my daughter. It's a small gym but they seem to have everything you need to workout. It was clean and the staff was friendly.

New facility with state of the art equipment. On the small size, but has everything you need to weight train. If you like exercise classes you out of luck. No exercise classes, or child care.

I stopped in to see if I was interested in this gym and noticed that they pretty much had everything - as far as weights go. I needed a gym that was able to handle babysitting services as well and they didn't have that for their members so I opted not to sign up. The membership price was well worth it, though.
