Their meats are cooked perfectly and taste delicious. Items like pork that are somtimes too dry at other rodiso&#39;s are cooked flawlessly here. I travel quite often and have visited many Brasilian restaurants. None of them come close. Even the others in Newark are not as good. In new york, there are very well known brazilian restaurants that are much more expensive. And while they usually do have a bigger salad bar, their meats are not as tasty. If you want the best rodisio in this country, i would highly suggest going to Brasilia.
