Unprofessional to treat customers! My girlfriend and I went to Rayco Total Auto Repair to have my car fix. My girlfriend and I waited for more than 3 hours but none of the staff accommodated us. This is real ridiculous! I can see staffs are just picking their NOSE!
Your supposed to do whatever the customer asks. The mechanics at this place think they are the boss. The customer is always right and not reverse.

The absolute best car experience I ever had in Monmouth County, easily. There prices are cheap and I never have issues with my car after it is repaired. They do not lie to me. Do not try to sell me and say other things are wrong with my car. I went to another car shop and they said I need a new transmission, Rayco said they were crazy and just fixed some wires and what not and I was good to go. Less than the $900 quote the other place told me. Everyone should go there, and they were in business for over 50 years. So they know what they are doing. and i think an entire family works there and they are dedicated.
