I used the drive through at 7:15am on 08/18/2013. I said go large twice, the associate acknowledged on the second mention. The associate, a light skinned 20ish black girl with long hair tied back (you'll see why I never got her name), asked me if I wanted my receipt and I said no. Fast food places never ask me if I want my receipt they just throw it in the bag. So no receipt, because it's burger king and it's pretty straightforward right?

The problem is, she handed me the wrong size drink and I waited for her to return for several minutes. Most any drive-through service monitors it and comes back quickly if they see you're not leaving. It means, "hey, there might be a reason that person is still at the window, I'm going to do my job and check on that." Not here. I drove through again and I asked her to come to the window. The said "sure," with a tone of attitude then conversed for a while with another worker in front of me while i waited. I held up the drink and asked if it was Go Large size. "No, your whole meal is smaller." The she blinked. It's that sensation of "oh, here we go, I'm going to have to do all the work in this conversation." I stated that I had said Go Large twice. "Okay." she said. The walked away from the window again. Hmm. Is she coming back? Do I have to pay more because she didn't ring up a larger meal? I don't know, no receipt, no discussion, just "okay." Awesome.

She handed me a larger drink and disappeared again saying nothing. I'm past expecting a courteous apology for her mess up at this point. It's clearly not in her social ability. Is the rest of the meal coming? If I had someone with me I could have at least taken a bet. I went inside so she would stop walking away and we could resolve this with me doing all the work. The door makes a sound when you enter the lobby but no one came out. After more minutes passed I heard a voice say my hash browns were cooking. Fearing the spit in the complainer's food method of customer service, I left thinking about the absence of Darwinism in our society and its consequences for the gene pool. Would not recommend/10.

I went into this Burger King on Wed night at 8:30pm and ordered food thru the drivethru. I waited in line for 10 minutes while the girl (manager Hope) in the secone window made faces at the girl in the first window. I finally got my food and it was completely incorrect. I ordered a double cheeseburger PLAIN and a 6 pc cheesy tot. My double cheeseburger had everything on it and I got NO cheesytots. When I called to speak to the manager "Hope" I used the word "Damn" while explaining to her that the last 3 times I have been there they have messed up my order. She said to me "if you are going to swear then you don't have to come here" and hung up on me. I called back and a man answered and I asked for the DM's name and number - he gave me the name Jason and a disconnected number. I called back again and Hope informed me that there is no number for Jason as he works at that store. I got his schedule and I will be calling him myself as well as the store manager Shannon. Being a retail manager myself I would NEVER allow my customers to be treated like she treated me. I will follow thru with my complaint all the way to the top!!
