Upon leaving my review on google (I also emailed it to the store as well), I received the following email from the younger of the two ladies. It really saddens me that instead of a simple apology she instead chose to basically call me a delusional, immature, liar. I in no way fabricated the events of yesterday. The fact that as a business woman instead of handling the situation professionally and simply apologizing she instead chose to blame me. I can excuse the behavior of her mother because although she did not answer some of my questions she at least acknowledged us. Her daughter however displayed the exact same nasty attitude that she does in her reply email. This could have easily been corrected, forgiven, and forgotten, but as I replied her response only validates my feelings. And to you Stingers had we been treated like human beings with feelings.. we would have made a purchase and could have potentially been regulars however, its clear that you have a preference when it comes to your regulars.

**Then the owner goes on Facebook and berates be on a post on their official FB page calling me Nutty and a Snot**
The store owner has done nothing but display her lack of professionalism and lack of maturity.

Its a shame that all of those nice reptiles you offer have such poor, nasty, rude, unprofessional, and unethical representation. I just happen to pass this place on my way to another stop. Very great shop. It has so much reptile stuff. Stuff I've never seen before. I had a great experience and can't wait to go back and buy more stuff. A reptile Utopia!

I've been to Stingers on just a few occasions because it is a little far from my house, but I absolutely love the place. They are very "ma-and-pa", easy to remember frequest customers and their pets are treated WONDERFULLY. There was really no bad smell when we walked in, like most pet stores have, and the employee was very knowledgable and friendly. He answered some of our questions and even stayed to share some of his stories about his pets. It was a great experience and I'd reccommend them to anyone!

My son and I bought our leopard gecko there Monday. What a wonderful experience. Beautiful store and wonderful people. This is the first time we've owned a reptile. My son had a ton of questions. They answered and illustrated every one. They really care about their animals and it shows. I'm glad to have such a responsible establishment in my neighborhood. I believe they just wouldn't sell their animals to just anyone. That's important to me.
