I recently had horrible customer service with high- tech video in Shelby, Mi.
Samsung hired High-Tech Video to do warranty work on my Samsung LCD TV. High- tech comes out and says they will order the part. After not hearing from them in five weeks, I called them and asked about the status of the ordered part. The lady said it is on back order. I asked her how can she know this when she didn't even get my name or information. She then rudely asked me for my name and put me on hold for 30 minutes. She then gets back on the phone and said it is on back order.
I then called Samsung and they said it isn't on back order as they have plenty of this part in stock. The lady at Samsung said High- Tech Video closed the ticket out and billed them for the service!
The lady at Samsung then called High- Tech and asked why they were billed when the work wasn't completed. High- Tech had no answer for this.
This is a warning to all, avoid High- Tech Video service in Shelby, Michigan. They have horrible customer service and are very disorganized.

Cons: Bad customer service, lies.

If you are reading this you are probably already out of luck.
I took a large speaker there dropped it off. pay the $35.00 diagnoses fee.

2 months later they had a diagnoses and that it would be $400.00 to fix though they couldn't tell me what was wrong.

3 months later they call to tell me that it is broken and is not fixable and asked if they wanted them to dispose of it.

I decided to go get my speaker I called a service center down south. They had me send just the front panel of the speaker . A week later they called me back with exact qoute for $248 to fix. They fixed . I am happy now.

They picked up our LG 42" LCD TV on November 6 as of December 15 the status is still the same "Parts on order", over 6 weeks for repairs and still not fixed. Never one phone call to notify the consumer of the status of the repairs. Rude phone service, when asked why they would contact the consumer to provide a status they responded with "we are a small company and don't have the people to make the calls". When I requested they track the parts and call me back it seemed like I was asking for the world.
