I received the tent for my wedding. Seeing foul weather coming, I changed the size to a larger size. I paid a fee for the larger tent, and an additional fee because they had to switch the tents. I told them they could bring the tent at a later date.
However, I was not told the tent would be covered with dirt, orange stains and holes when I received it. If I had known, I would have borrowed a power sprayer to clean the tent as best as possible. I spoke with the owner, and his response was that I had been informed "there was insufficient time to clean the tent". I reiterated that I had not been told. If I had been told, I would have prepared for it to be cleaned prior to the wedding. And, how was I supposed to get rid of orange paint and holes? I asked what they could do to make it right, perhaps a small refund. I received the same answer....I had been told, even though I clearly stated that I had NOT been informed. Good business practice should involve receiving what was paid-for and expected. And, with the problems we encountered, they should have apologized and refunded a portion of what we paid. I would not use this company again nor would I suggest it to others.
