Located in the Georgetown Washington Harbour, this is a wonderful place to dine or meet up with friends. The dining is elegant and close to all the action. The food is exquisite with fresh seafood and cuisines.
The catfish nuggets are the terrific! And the stuffed shrimp are the best I've tasted. I will definitely return to try more!

If you have never been to the Georgetown Waterfront its definitely a place to check out. Any afternoon of the week when the weather is nice there will be people out and through out the weekend the entire place is packed. Tony and Joe's is cool because its an outdoor bar right on the water so I good place for happy hour. But if you are looking to eat I'd recommend one of the other local restaurants.
Pros: Potomac Water Front, Friday happy hour is packed
Cons: Food is decent at best, can get hard to get a table, pricey
I took my boyfriend to Tony and Joe's for his birthday the other night and neither of us will ever be back. The food was horrible! I had talapia and he had stuffed shrimp. Neither entree had much taste pluse, it was cold. The service was ok and the atmosphere is nice with the river right by, but the food is definitly not worth it. The prices are high as well.
