Best service of any restaurant Ive ever been to. The staff is knowledgeable, professional, and incredibly friendly. Weve been several times before, but went on Aug 28 2010, loved it so much that we decided to have brunch and dinner there

The Blue Duck is a great place for a great list of things, but when I am not in the mood for a lovely and lingering meal it is also serves as a fantastic dessert and cocktail stop. expect traditional American favorites with contemporary twists and modern awakenings... mmmm sooo worth a pit stop and a long linger after a movie, show, or a great cap to a date.

Pros: Modern american cuisine with a soft and inviting ambiance

Cons: Reservations list/wait time

Blue Duck sources the majority of its ingredients from the DC region, and it shows in the freshness of the food. Be sure to go hungry, because you'll want an appetizer, entree, and dessert. Don't miss the fries, or if they have it, the homemade ice cream. The wine selection is excellent. It's a bit expensive, but well worth every penny.
