Pathetic. I went there with my 3 sons after a soccer game at Triple Crown. There was no apparent wait, except by us of course because there was no one there to greet us. Finally, after about 3 minutes, I asked a young lady who walked behind the hostess counter, "Hey, is this open seating?" She replied yes. So myself, my 6 and 4 year old, and my 18 month old set out to find a table. We found it, I sent the 2 older ones to wash hands then circled the entire establishment to find a high chair with no luck. I came back to my table to be greeted with what I assume was a manager, and she said, "Oh sir, were you sitting here?" I replied yes and she proceeded to tell me that there is a waiting list after the young girl told me to have a seat. She explained that the table right behind me would be cleaned off in a few minutes.
I don't think so....I was there, I was told to be there, and now the manager was asking me to get up. I explained to her that I was going to go spend my money somewhere else. All of a sudden, her tone changed, but at that point it was too late. This lady should have found me a high chair, not kicked me out of the table I was told to find. Pathetic!

I went to Roosters with a group of 6. When you go in the door you are expected to seat yourself. We had no problem with that and choose a booth (there were only 2 other occupied tables in the restaurant). It was 10 minutes before a waitress came to take our drink order. She brought back our drinks and they were wrong (we ordered 2 sweet teas, 3 cokes, and a water). She brought back more drinks, they were wrong too. It took her four tries to get our drink order correct. By that time we had been at the restaurant for 25 minutes. Once we got our drinks we were more than ready to order. Instead of taking our order when she left our drinks (the correct ones) she took off. We waited another 30 minutes for her to come back. When she didn't, we started getting out money to leave for the drinks, we were going to go elsewhere. Only the six year old we had with us got mad and screamed "Won't someone come waitress us?!?" A waitress from the bar area hurried over and exclaimed, "You got here an hour ago and no one has taken your food order?" She was horrified. She took our orders and sent them to the kitchen. It was over 25 minutes before our food came out. Our first waitress was still on duty, but never made any move towards our table, even after the 6 year old screamed. The waitress from the bar area comped our drinks and apologized for our night. We never saw any managers, when we asked we were told that they had left before their shift was done. This is the second time that this has happened to this group (and why we hadn't been there again since it opened). The first time half of our food never came. When we asked for a manager then we were told that none were available (once again only a few tables had patrons, but no managers were to be seen). I cannot recommend this place to anyone until their service gets better. Even then I was not really impressed with my food. The only things that I really liked about the place was the decor.
