I stayed at the Hyatt Cincinnati for one week and it was terrible. As soon as I walked into the hotel lobby I was greated with a strong smell of mildew. After checking in I was given a room on the 5th floor that also smelled of mildew, the rug was damp, the dust in the vent was an inch thick and there were M&M candy pieces on the floor. Needless to say I requested a different room. The next room was not much better. It also had a mildew smell not as strong as the room on the 5th floor or the front lobby but it did have a smell. The sink was stopped up which took maintenance over one hour to unstop. Serveral days into my stay someone came around with air freshners. Like that was going to solve the problem! After numerous complaints the manger brought up a little dehumidifier which was hardley a match for that mildew problem. Finally to top it off my last night there I came back to the room about 2:15 a.m. turned on the TV and after about 10 minutes it blacked out. So.... at 2:30 in the morning maintenance was in my room replacing the TV. It was clearly some sort of mildew problem going on in this hotel that management was aware of because they were too willing to refund some of your money. For $150 a night...I WOULD SAY SO! Shop around before booking this Hyatt, there are a lot of hotels in that area.

This is a nice enough Hyatt, but there are better deals in the area to be had without sacrificing amenities. I found the front desk staff to be rude and slow. Definitely not worth the price.
