Had multiple projects done by Cardinal Builders. Roof, Deck, Pergola, and windows. Excellent all the way around. Highly recommend their services.
I would not recommend Cardinal Builders to anyone that wanted to build a dog house. I am still waiting on them to even start work, and CANNOT get Max Sargent (Project Director) to return my phone calls. Signed a contract on 5 Jan and as of yet still don't know if my materials have arrived from the manufacturer, according to Mr. Sargent they were suppose to be in May 15, 2 months after they were ordered, and because I cannot get anyone to return my calls I don't know if they are in yet.
