This is the worst place that I have ever been two.

First, the server forgot our order for the hookah. After sitting outside waiting on the hookah, the waitress came out to find out what we would like to order. She forgot of our existence and never offered us a drink. The original price was quoted as $10, which is normal/standard compared to Columbus.

Second, they finally brought us out the hookah. There were no plastic tips for the users. She affirmed that they washed the pipes.

Third, I sent my friend outside to get my lighter from my car since they failed to light it the coal. My friend saw cockroaches on the floor.

Fourth, the hookah wasn't functioning correctly; there was a whole in the pipe. My friend went in to return the pipe. The male came out to show us that it was, indeed, working correctly. He throws on the other coal, unlit, and then sucks on the pipe. Thereafter, he hands us the pipe and expects us to put our mouths on the pipe.

I said, "Excuse me sir, but, I don't think I want to put my mouth on it now." The guy states, "oh ok." He wipes it with his shirt. Then, rethinking it, he pulls out his lighter and is "going to sanitize it." I think he saw all of our, faces aghast and he decided to take the pipe back inside.

Fifth, there were still problems with the hookah. I have smoked hookah ever since my undergraduate days in Columbus, at the Ohio State University. I know what the normal and standard is and should be.

We went up to pay the $10 to leave. The cashier tried charging me $10,004-- a couple of times. She then charged us 14.98 for the hookah. It rose from the original price quoted. When we asked her why she said that it was because we did not buy drinks. Had we bought drinks, then it would not have been that much.

Why would I want to get a drink somewhere where there are roaches and they believe proper sanitation is with a cigarette lighter?!?!

We complained about the service, the roaches, the pipe, and all that. She told us that it was not her fault and she would never do anything like that. Also, we should be glad that she "let us in early." I do not know how she "let us in early." There was another group of people that entered shortly after we entered.

Also, if you want to drink underage, this is the place to go. The guys that came in after us, about 10-15 mins after, ordered beers and were not properly carded.

Perhaps all of my issues is related to their limited English or cultural misunderstandings. Nonetheless, I have reported them to the Montgomery County Board of Health.

Roaches, that's one thing. But hand me a pipe and expect me to put my lips on it after you? And when that doesn't make me happy, use your shirt and cigarette lighter? That's just nasty and gross.
