The WORST customer service experience of my life. I cannot get any information on when my beds will be delivered. Even though I've been in the freight industry for 13 years, the trucks here just magically come and go and no one knows what will be on them. I was hung up on multiple times by customer service. I left 6 messages before manager Mark returned my call, only to give me no more information. Thanks my son and I LOVE sleeping on the floor!

SAVE your time & money worse customer service I have ever dealt with in my entire life. Purchased kitchen cabinets there, after 11 mons one of cabinet doors split, contacted Anthony who is in charge of customer service said he will file all paper work to get door replaced. Several weeks later I phoned them for follow up, now Anthony states we need pics of door per mfg. request. After several unreturned phone calls I finally talked to a different gentleman, he states I have to bring door in so they can return to mfg. now 8 days later no door no contact. Finally get Anthony on the phone he states "I will call mfg. as soon as we are off the phone & call you right back" of course no call back. Next morn I call mfg. & they say they have no record of any contact with Anthony or anyone from N E Factory Direct per my cabinet problem. After speaking with Janet at mfg. she transferred me to manager & he tells me where they are located & to bring door to them & it will be replaced with door they have in stock. After talking with manager of cabinet mfg. he informs me they cancelled NE Factory Direct account. Don't know who lies more used car salesman or Anthony, take your buisiness elsewhere save alot of time,money & grief. Seven weeks dealing with Anthony & his BULL CRAP vs 10 min with mfg wonder why thier account was cancelled.

The sales staff was friendly and an knowledgeable on the product.I especially loved the fact that my items could be delivered within two weeks. In the future I will be buying all of my furniture from Northeast Factory Direct Cleveland and refereeing my friends and family to do the same.

We purchased a bedroom set and a mattress set from Tommy at Northeast in April of 2010. We've been very happy with it so we decided to go back and purchase our new living room furniture last month. We dealt with Tommy again and he was very helpful. He told us it would be in in two weeks. It was delivered to us in less than 2 weeks and looked wonderful. We have referred many friends and family members to these guys and will continue to. Thanks for a great experience Northeast!

In the last 7 years I have purchased 4 mattresses, 2 sofa sets,a bedroom set, and a dining room from NE factory direct. Everything is holding up wonderfully. The kids love their mattress and guests always comment on how comfortable the bed is. The salesmen were very polite and answered all our questions. The delivery guys were also very prompt and called 30 minutes before arriving. I would definitely refer them to friends and family and often do so. I have numerous relatives with bedroom sets and mattresses from them. Thanks for your help Mark!

the picture is my "new" sofa its a floor model that was cracked and glurd together. couchdont be fooled by the five star ratings left by other people on this blog..these are people affiliated with this company that do this to try and clean up their image..its a popular tactic that reputable companies dont need to do..this place is an absolute joke..do not give them any business. The furniture is nice and a decent price. However, I have never experienced dishonesty, shady, unprofessional employees in my lufe. i paid 3000 dollars cash for bedroom furniture,couch, loveseat and matress. The delivery came, they forgot my mirror and told me the "manager would personally drop it off the next day. Also i was delivered a floor model couch. it was not boxed like the loveseat. The couch leg was cracked and glued togethet, scratches on the woodwork, and a huge tear in the bottom netting. The delivery guys told me to call the store i got it from to take it up wih them. I called and got apologies and the guy was trying to cover his butt by telling me that he wadnt sure why a floor model was delivered. He told me his"guy" would come out the next day to bring mirror and fix the couch..Well, no call no show the next day. No call the day aftet that...No call the next day..so i called and got the song and dance that the guy never did this and that..so the manager told me he promised he would call the following day........nope..no call..so i lost patience and calledand had to be stern to get this guy out to my house..This employee was so rude and disrespectful i thoufht i wad on a hidden camera show..i couldnt believe it..i told him i wanted to talk to a boss he responded with" thats not gonna happen" and then followedwith "we r not even open anyway so call back tomorrow" and hung up on me. finally i called the next day threatening small claims court..finally the guy shows up..mind you this is 3 weeks since i first called..guy showed up, put the mirror on. Then he said he couldnt fix the couch because he needed to order parts..he said it would take two weeks.................still waiting...this was im december! its amost may..no call since..i refuse to call because its not worth me getting tjos run around..i learned my lesson..next time i will spend the extra couple hundred dollars and go to a reputable businesz wit integrity and respect..this place is filled with salesman that take your money and dont care about anything else..please do not give business to these guys! i have pictures as well.

The Three Amigos, Alex Angelo and Anthony:

How can you tell that theses guys are lying to you? There lips are moving...
I purchased kitchen cabinets at a GREAT PRICE and they do have a good product but that's the only thing you will get from the three amigos besides excuses.
We first dealt with Alex and got the sales pitch, how they have a great price, product and great customer service and if you need anything just call him. ( He doesn't return calls ) OK they were a lot cheaper than anywhere else we went...like 5-6 thousand.
Next we dealt with Angelo,concerning measurements and ordering the cabinets. We were told that delivery would be in 3-4 weeks but the cabinets were in the mfg.stock and should be here in 3 weeks. Five weeks go by, no phone calls or returned phone calls. Had to go there in person and was told by Jennifer it would be at least six weeks b4 delivery from the time order.OK
Cabinets finally came in and they were delivered, only to be told by the delivery kid that one of the cabinets was damaged in shipment and a new one would be delivered at no charge by the end of the week. O K things happens.
Now we are dealing with Anthony and its week three and still no cabinet. Again, no return phone calls and had to go there in person to get there FAMOUS line.The truck is scheduled for to be here on Friday and will have it to you by Tuesday. Wednesday,Thursday go by, no returned phone calls and had to go there again on Friday to get there famous line again.
Finally, the cabinet comes in and the delivery person brings it in... one side is all scratched up and the other side has chunks of wood missing. Told them I don't want it, take it out of here after the delivery person tried talking me into taking it ,they would fix it for me for free.The delivery person says to me he doesn't give a S__T ...he's paid by the hour.
There Granite person,Mike at Worldwide Granite does GREAT work if you can get him to call you back. It took us several calls to get him to return a call and this is who Alex recommended.When I complained to Angelo and Anthony there response was;I am not the only who is experiencing this problem along with them who can't get Mike to call them back.I was given another granite contact by Angelo and when I called it was almost 30% increase in sq. ft. cost. Mike finally showed up and the granite looks great.
I ordered these cabinets in October and its mid-January and I still don't have my cabinet. I could go on and on but it wont fix my problem I just want YOU to be aware of these guys. Please check out the Better Business Bureau, Ohio Attorney General Office, Angies List and the reviews . BEWARE these guys are smooth.
Don't give them your money before you have what you bought from them. That's the only leverage u will have.

At first glance you think...."WOW! Im really getting a nice deal on decent furniture!" AND THEN......you find that all you REALLY got was SCREWED.
Please save yourself a LOT of hassle and just glance and walk away from this place. You buy from them...they deliver you the WRONG merchandise, along with missing pieces to furniture and when you call to get them to resolve it they do not pick up their phones and when they finally do they tell you....."oh, yeah, we will take care of that for you" and there you are waiting for weeks to hear back from them and you end up calling them 50 more times trying to get what you paid for...but it never happens. REALLY CRAPPY customer service. My advice...pay a little bit more for quality furniture and good customer service SOMEWHERE ELSE. These people just take your money and dont give a crap after that.

I was recommonded to NE Direct by a friend, I could not be happier with my new living room set. The team at there was very friendly and very helpful. I when in to the store 3 or 4 times before I decided on a set and everyone there was super helpful and patience with me. The furniture was delivered on time and with no problems. Some people can never be satisfied. I purchased a sofa from this company and when it was delivered I noticed it was damaged. I called my sales person and he had no issues ordering me a new sofa. To the customer who refused a replacement, why didn't you let them replace it? That doesn't even make sense. I know many friends who have purchased from this company and have always been satisfied. As a matter of fact that is how I heard about them. I have and will continue to refer them to my family and friends. I own a small business myself and there are always those few people out there who can never be satisfied no matter what you do for them, Oh well. Keep up the good work.

Just had my new bed delivered that was purchased at northeast factory direct. I ordered it a week ago and it is more comfortable than I remember it being in the store. Best of all, the price was way less than comparable beds anywhere else. The salesman was very helpful and gave me a great deal, thanks.

I just recently purchased a bedroom set and sectional from Northeast Factory Direct. The sales person was very friendly and honest. He gave us a great deal. We had shoped around and this was by far the best value. We were told it would take anywhere from 10 days to two weeks to receive the furniture. He was right on. The furniture was at our house in just under 2 weeks. If you are in the market for furniture or any of the products they carry, you have to stop by and check them out.

I bought a mattress from northeast yesterday, and got it delivered today. I noticed a small tear in the boxspring. I called and spoke with Tom and he was very helpful. They brought me a new boxspring an hour later. I guess there is still good service out there!! Tom, if you read this thanks again.

I was referred to Northeast Factory Direct by my realtor who said she has sent many of her clients to them for kitchen cabinets. My wife and I needed to rehab a house completely we bought. We made an appointment with Alex to see cabinets on a Sunday.He was not available and another designer Angelo helped us figure out what we needed. We had a quote from Lowes and suprisingly Northeasts quote was about half the price and the quality of the cabinets we choose were as nice if not nicer. We were on a time schedule and we needed them in about 2 weeks. Angelo said it would be close but they could probably make it happen. The cabinets ended up coming in about 2 days late but Angelo let us know about the delay. We were OK with that . Upon delivery we noticed one of the Cabinets had a nick in it. We notified them and the next day Alex, the owner delivered a new cabinet personally.
We were very satisfied with the sevice and saved about $3300 over the next best quote we had .We received the cabinets 2-3 weeks faster than the big box stores. Overall we had a good experience with Northeast.

We were very satisfied with the sevice and saved about $3300 over the next best quote we had .We received the cabinets 2-3 weeks faster than the big box stores. Overall we had a good experience with Northeast.

I recently purchased a hot tub from northeast factory direct. I own my own business and know you cant please every single customer who comes through the door. But I was certainly more than satisfied with the product, the service, and the price was by far the best in town. They have a very basic showroom that wont win any awards for flash. After shopping at several local stores I couldnt get an explanation as to why a comparable model from them was so much more. I use my hot tub everyday and have referred my family and friends to them.

I recently purchased cabinets from Northeast Factory Direct. What a HUGE mistake! I ordered 11 cabinets. After a complete fiasco on delivery day, missing cabinets, was delivered cabinets I didn't order, missing cabinet doors, missing glass doors I specially ordered and paid extra for.. I still 30 days later -- am fighting with them to get a missing cabinet and a refund on the glass door inserts that were never completed. I have disputed the charges with my credit card company, filed a complaint on the Better Business Bureau and now have filed a complaint with the Attorney General's office. Alex, the owner, lies about taking care of his customers, because he NEVER does, he has no follow through and never returns phone calls! After they get your money, they don't care... All I hear are excuses! I now have a whole in my kitchen where there is supposed to be a cabinet. They supposedly are having one made, but at this point I don't trust anything they say.. which is exactly why I am trying to get $ back through the Attorney General's office!! STAY AWAY!!! The price is NOT worth the aggravation and frustration and lost time with the contractor, having the kitchen torn apart waiting for the cabinet!! STAY AWAY from Northeast Factory Direct!!!!!!!!!!!! I wish I could give them 0 stars!

Agree that prices are lower and salesmen sound wonderful. But if you're one of the unlucky ones to have problems with your hot tub, good luck getting returned phone calls, much less service calls. You are left out in the cold totally. It's up to you from day 1 to contact the manufacturer in a totally different state. After more than a year, it's finally confirmed we got a lemon and still no response. HORRIBLE. Would never step foot in there again. You DO get what you pay for unfortunately. Better business bureau is next step.

My Family and I had recently purchased a Hot Tub from Northeast Factory Direct. After months of agonizing research a neighbor of mine referred me to this company. We are very happy with the product and the service we received from them. Not only is the quality of the Hot Tub excellent but the price was so much less then the other hot tub stores in this area. The staff was well versed and friendly. If you are in the market for a hot tub, you have to stop by and see them.

Recently purchased a 6 piece bedroom set plus king size memory foam mattress set from NE Factory Direct and could not be happier. The quality of the furniture is beautiful. The staff is very informed on their products. The delivery was quick and the customer service is excellent. The price could not be beat. I also purchased a hot tub and pool table from them 5 years ago, both of which are still in excellent condition. Each experience with them has been smooth and pleasant. We have shopped everywhere for a Hot tub when we were referred to Northeast Factory Direct. We walked in to the warehouse and at first were a little skeptical. But when we saw the huge selection and the prices were literately half of all the other stores we were at, we pleasantly surprised.Tony, who works there educated us on everything we needed to know. We bought a Dimension One hot tub with a Gazebo and it was still less than what we were quoted on a just a tub with less quality at the other stores. We have been very pleased and would refer them to anyone.
