I have looked for car for a few weeks now. I found their selection was really good and prices were comparable. The sales staff were easy to work with and helpful. I am really enjoying my new car and would recommend the dealer. Kyle was very informative and allowed me to drive several cars before I decide on the one I wanted to buy.

Melissa Keith was very helpful. She seemed very concerned at all times of my suitation. She seemed to generally care and I would defiantly purchase another car from her. She also was my first female sales rep and I Loved it. Ken was very pleasant and nice to work with too and patient.

When contacting the internet department I was not pleased. They took over a week to get pictures of the automobile I was interested in. I finally received the pictures and liked what I saw. I then went to the dealership and the sales staff made up for the disappointments I had with internet department. I was greeted quickly when I walked in by salesperson Carol Thomas and was on a test drive in approx 20 mins. They were very open to dealing with the price of my trade and price of the car instead of the "take it or leave it" attitude that a lot of dealerships have now. The finance guy(can't remember his name) was also great to deal with and found me the best rate possible for my loan. I am very happy with my Ridgeline and have had no problems. Carol Thomas has been good about following up on the sale and making sure I am happy with my purchase. Carol and the finance guy had a "real" approach. They were very friendly, but not in the "fake friendly" way that most dealerships are today. They just had a real, yet professional approach to me. Carol has not been doing sales very long, but will be successful for a long time with her friendly personality and her approach to sales. Thank you.

My purchase experience was the least stressful of my vehicle purchase over the last 20 years. The sales representative and the gentleman that completed the paper work with me were great to deal with. I am a Honda Goldwing rider so I am familiar with Hinderer Honda

I have had all my service work done here and they have always been up front and honest about what I needed on my cars and even took me back in the shop and showed me what they were talking about.The owner even came out and talked to me in the waiting area! I would and have recomended them to family and friends.

Unlike the other reviewees, I had a great experience at John Hinderer Honda. Of course, when I first walked in and told the salesman what I was looking for ( a used car in the $5,000 - $7,000 range), he tried to get me to buy a new car. He explained to me that with the rebates and the low interest rates, I could keep my payment around the same amount as I would for a used car. I told him that I didn't want to do that, but he proceeded to show me cars priced above $10,000. Finally, I told him that I guess I would have to keep looking elsewhere because I refuse to go over my budget. He then told me that he has just what I was looking for coming in the next day. It was a trade in and he told me that it would be in the $6,000 range. I came back the next day with my parents (I'm only 26) and we looked at the car. It was excellent, just as he had explained. Then, he told me that the price was $7,900! I immediately told him that I wasn't interested in paying that much and didn't even want to take it for a test drive. He told me that he would work with the manager and try to get me a price I liked. I doubted that he would be willing to come down over $1,000, but I was wrong! He came back with a price of $6,500! I immediately jumped on it and agreed to test drive it. I purchased the car that very night. A few weeks later, I noticed some steering issues, so I called the salesman back and he told me to bring it in for service and they balanced my tires, did a 4 wheel alignment, plus changed my oil all for free! They even had a free shuttle service that took me home and picked me back up later when it was finished. Overall, I would recommend this dealership. Any car salesman is going to try to take you for all he can get, but if you are firm and upfront with them, they will either take it or leave it. Fortunately, my salesman took it. I've had the car for several months now and it's great!
