I am a former employee of Flexicom, I can honestly say it was the worst job I've had.

Commissions are basically carrots on sticks, dangling in front of you but always out of reach. They were basically designed so that Fleixcom would be less likely to pay out each month. On top of that, dealing with the idea that they typically sold their phones at a higher price than most stores or retailers. Good luck convincing a customer that you can get a better deal there. I can go on for pages of grievances.

This is a two in one. Because of their, "virtually no" overtime policy, partnered with the fact that for a whole year we had only two employees running the entire store, led to a horrible experience. 4 days out of the week there would be a single employee working from open to close then 3 days out of the week you'd have a 2 hour overlap. Every time I went overtime to help I'd get reprimanded from my DM and I got so tired that I'd clock out and stay and help my manager. I was originally working that job to get a steady income while I being a musician, only to find out that because of my schedule I'd have no time or be too tired to do anything else. After week after week and month after month of request we finally were able to higher a 3rd person, ONLY BECAUSE MY MANAGER WAS TRANSFERING!!! So for 2 months it was bearable, then back to 2 workers running an entire store. Not too long after that the store was closed down due to low numbers and I was let go, I haven't looked back once.

My experience with this company showed me that the only important thing was how many extra things did we sell, there was no attention to employee morale or any consideration. If you want to experience a negative company to work for then by all means, send in your resume.

IT IS ILLEGAL TO NOT PAY YOUR EMPLOYEES OVERTIME IF THEY ARE MAKING LESS THAN 455.00 A WEEK ON SALARY! YOU CAN ALSO NOT DEDUCT TIME FOR DAYS NOT WORKED! WORKING OVERtIME FOR 4.00 AN HOUR DOES NOT SHOW DRIVE AND DEDICATION IT SHOWS A LOYAL EMPLOYEE GETTING RIPPED OFF BY THE COMPANY!!!

Shawn is the textbook definition of when enough money never buys happiness, and taking from your workers only makes that hole inside you larger. Shawn claims to be unique and tell everyone what he pays himself and all of his mgrs etc. In fact he even made his own propaganda webpage meetshawncunix.com to combat all of the negative publicity.Claims to live by a code of "Inspire Happiness" Well when one tries to verify these bold statements in 2013 , well it's obvious there is no substance in them. The same as someone who claims to inspire happiness, but pays only 71% of the industry average to his workers. Has been sued not once but twice and lost for wage disputes and is currently paying restitution. Does this sound like someone who inspires happiness to others, or just someone who will be remembered for not sharing fairly. Shawn is the kid no one wanted to invite over because he doesn't share equally even by industry standards. Some people say the one with the most toys wins, when you are gone Shawn you wont be remembered kindly, you will not have helped many, and no amount of charity can change that if you don't take care of your own workers. Unless you change.. You need to return 29% of Flexicoms profit to your workers and managers. Are you really so wealthy your fiscal needs take a precedent over the much reduced income of your workers, and you must take an ever increasing amount from everyone? If your retention rate is 10% for 2 years what are you really inspiring? #Howwillyouberemembered?

This company is so off its rocker. OK so my supervisor is one of the most motivated, driven, selfess person I know. He created a website that would capture customers information and recycle it to us two years later and populate a call list to make sure the business returned to us and only us. He launched it in a few stores as testing and then presented it to the company. They brought him out of michigan down to ohio (home base), to see the data bases. They decided to send him bach and let him continue working on it until its ready to lauch. THEN THEY strip his adminitrative powers stop returning emails, texts, phone calls for days and weeks at a time. Then out of the blue FIRE HIM~! Come to find out they copied eveything and launched there own version of the same thing. What they didnt realize is we all loved him so much we told him forwarded everything we can and could get our hand on. Videos, trainings, anything and everything and what they failed to realized it its 100% patented and they are getting the pants SUED off them~! HAHA I needless to say QUITE on the spot and resigned...

I see alot of complaints against this company and it makes me wonder-

Are you just angry because you could'nt cut it in a required sales position?

I currently work for flexicom and very satisfied with my treatment.

1st your complaining about over time pay on your salary job? So you worked a few hours over time - That shows your commitment and leadership that you are willing to put in time to hit monthly goal. If you worked for the nfl as an athlete do you do the bare minimum or would you stay late and practice? Staying late and coming in early shows DRIVE. Something you obviously dont have.

I never complained about working alot because the company doesnt complain about you taking time off. If someone calls out sick or leaves early or late or takes 3 days off YOU STILL GET PAID SALARY AND DID NOT WORK. So how can you complain about not getting paid an hour or two in over time. Did Flexicom say hey you called out sick so your not getting paid? NO because it is a salary position. You cant take and not give.

Also about shady ness? There is no shady ness it is a great retailer that empowers you to either be high in integrity or a lazy bum that cannot close sales. Its up to you how the customer is treated not the company- they intrust you to be a role model employee- Im sure you were interviewed and displayed good characteristics which is why you got the job, but if you fall short of what the discription is then of course you will get cut. Fired, layed off..... If you want a easy job go to customer service. Not SALES.

Personally. I have been with the company 1 year and so far I have been given 3 raises- from $1600 a month now to $2500 month.
ALSO Im a store manager. Why? Because I work hard and make points. I sell and make the customer happy. You get what you put in, You bust your butt for them they will take care of you. Thats how ALL BUSINESS'S Work. On one occasion I did not hit our monthly goal and was in financial trouble, the company GAVE me $1000.00 bonus to help me out.

They take care of you personally- Its a family. So please stop trying to damage the employees and company with your negative experience. I understand you are sour because you probally got let go- But if you were valuable would you have gotten let go? DID YOU DO EVERYTHING you could to be a good leader or sales person? Prob not.... There are plenty of hungry candidates out there that are willing to take your spot, so if your not up to par dont take it so rough... Find a job that better fits your personality -

If you dont have a goal to work hard and get promoted then you wont be. Youll be below average in any sales job without that fire and desire to do well. Good luck in your new career paths.

These guys are criminals. My poor wife was talked out of buying phones under a buy 1 get 1 free program to a lesser phone b/c the phones we wanted were not in stock - as I later found out. Returned the P.o.S. phones w/in hrs and charged a restocking fee x 2 and reprogramming fee x 2 (granted neither phone had yet been reprogrammed). The cowards hid behind - its our policy. I finally ended up at a Verizon dealer (Tower Wireless - Sawmill Rd) that did not charge for either fee and peripherals were 50% cheaper. I re-couped the costs directly from Verizon for $110 of fantasy fees. The BBB took my complaint as well.

For an outsider to come on here and bad mouth someone they do not know is insane and shows that they have no opinions of their own. I work for Shawn Cunix, I have never met him, because I work in a Cincinnati store, but I can tell you his employees are treated very well. Sounds like you are just bitter he has done well and that is sad. As far as going to a corporate store, we are priced about the same and sometimes better. If we all ripped people off, we would be out of business. You have based all of your statements on stupidity. I would venture any of Shawn's employees feel the same. If money is your sore spot, fill out a resume, maybe we can find you a job and get you off unemployment.

i have never heard a good thing about shawn cunix- he basically won the lottery with this flexicom sh*t. based on what everyone close to him tells me, he is the consummate slimy salesman, willing to sell his family for a deal. this goof even bragged in a 'business first' interview that he had to use poker winnings to make payroll for his flexicom employees!!! seriously, he bragged about that- that's how out of touch this rectal itch failure is! he has built quite a house of cards (pun intended), only a matter of time before it falls apart. oh and btw shawn- you are not a poker god like you so desperately want to be.

word to the wise- always go to a corporate owned verizon store or to verizon online to buy anything, never go to a dealer or authorized agent/dealer as they have to mark everything up to make their money!

After dealing with this company you may want to go home and scrub yourself clean because you will feel dirty.

Shawn is a greedy little prick who will eventually run into his karma.

This company was built on deceit, they will use you and abuse you.
Buy your phones on line at the Verizon website, buy your accessories on eBay. You will save tons of money and won't be screwed

Take my advice, do not deal with this company on any level.

Flexicom is a great place to shop for all of your wireless needs. The company and Shawn Cunix personally helped my life out in so many ways and im thankful. I am just a normal guy im not rich or a prominent person in the community im just a normal guy with a good attitude unlike these coments you see above. So dont believe the hype from these cowards that wont even use their name.

I have been using Flexicom for the past three years for all my wireless needs. I was referred to Matt at the 7949 N. High St. store when I was looking to upgrade my phone. When I first met with Matt I had a million questions for him because I am not someone who knows much about cell phones. I explained to him what I was looking for and he walked me through multiple options to see what would best fit my needs. The entire time he had patience and a smile on his face and continually asked me if I had questions. We finally came to a conclusion and I got a new phone that I loved. From that day out I have reached out to Matt whenever anyone in my family needs a new phone and I will continue to do so. Why change something that isnt broken.

Hello. Due to the fact that I do not want to be known, I will remain anonymous. This company loves to ass rape you. Seriously. My ass STILL hurts from the constant chewings over nothing. Shawn Cunix is a big fat dick who cares nothing for his employees They love to make us work insane amounts of hours for salary. So when you break it down, we're making UNDER minimum wage. They make our goals extremely impossible to hit, and it's OUR fault when we don't hit them. There is something wrong with US. NO GUYS. THERE IS SOMETHING WRONG WITH YOU. It starts with Shawn and continues down to Bill Goodrich who feeds us lines of "you'll make so much money" but offers little in the form of compensation. They say that there are huge advancement opportunities but you'll never actually advance with the company. IF you want to advance you better brown nose the nearest manager you can find. "We are so proud of you guys!" Yeah. If my head is covered in your corporate flavored shit. Grab your toes and lube up, boys. If you want to be fired, for breathing the wrong direction, work here. :) I am no longer with this company, and you're retarded if you decide to join the scam boat. Oh, and if people don't come into the store, that's also your fault. =)

Pros: Nada...I mean the pro is I don't work there anymore

Cons: Everything

Shawn Cunix is the epitome of a "Snake oil salesman". I mean let's be serious folks do you really think a guy who is a professional poker player on the side would be anything less though? The guy is about one thing and one thing ONLY, making money. That in and of itself is not a bad thing. There is nothing inherently evil about wanting to make money, even wanting to make a LOT of money. The problem is that Shawn doesn't care who he hurts in the process, whose life and family he destroys to make it. He is a classic narcissist with a borderline deity complex. He started Flexicom with a partner who was too moral for his liking and he eventually forced him out in order to horde all the money for himself. So the guy who helped him set up and START THE COMPANY, even got screwed by Shawn. I feel sorry for Shawn actually. Greed has driven him to destroy lives. I would encourage anyone interested in working for this company to think twice, actually think thrice. You can do better. It's better to get rich slowly and do it the right way, than to make a ton of money quickly at the expense of hurting people and being deceitful.

Flexicom, or as i call them Flex-i-CON, is hands down the worst company i've ever worked for. I have read some of the reviews, and found some that seem to be posted in favor of this place, stating that if you can't make your "goals" somethings wrong with you then. Ok, first of all, that's the BIGGEST LOAD OF CRAP, i've heard. Again, i use to work for the pigs. They change the goal, every month, and once you learn how to make your commission, they change it. Also, the company is sexist. Woman are treated as nothing more than eye candy as only the extreme hot woman are promoted to work at the elusive "corperate" location, which i've been there. It's a dump. I drank the cool aid on this company when i was hired. Only to be threatened to be fired when i got sick after working oh i don't know, 70 hours a week, no days off, and oh yeah the greatest kick ever to the crotch, was salaried!!!!!!! There was nothing but BS from my so called manager who condoned employee theft for the privilaged, and i unfortunately sat back and watched as really good employees were fired for turning in the thieves!!!!! You are told POINT BLANK, to rip off the customer. YOU are told POINT BLANK, to add services and let Verizon take care of it. I know the guy that caused a huge amount of Fraud. Supposedly, Verizon threatened to take away the Premium status of this company if they didn't fire the employee that caused the fraud( he went to homeless people, and gave them the phone, in some cases paid the deposit) of course they didn't keep the phone or they defaulted on the contact/bill....THE SAME GUY THAT DID THIS WAS RE-HIRED AND PROMOTED TO A MANAGER!!!! HE WOULD SIT IN FRONT OF ME AND OTHERS AND BRAG!!!!!!
As far as this mysterious Shawn goes, i don't believe he exists...If you think for ONE second, that you can go to this store and not get ripped off, think again and for God sakes check your bill!!!
They go as Wireless, not to be confused with the other company that has an i infront of that name, they also try to pass themselves off as an actual Verizon store...so to the FAKE people giving reviews of how great this company is or how wonderful, again....I WORKED THERE AND THEY ARE FLAT OUT LIES!!!! If anything Verizon should pull the lisence all together...i mean Verizon's customer service is a lie as well....i have an iphone now, love it, love the service and customer service has been great!!!

Pros: they're none

Cons: Just go and open the door, you will see them

Im not afraid to hide behind a fake name. I was lured into the Web by Bill Goodrich, whom at the time I thought was a friend. Went through the training, even listened to that S.O.B's sob story about his childhood. How all that there was left to do in life was make his employees happy. First off, other than Bill and Steve, there isnt a happy employee working there. The day after Thanksgiving, I was told, not by Bill, but by Steve, that I was being let go due to trimming of payroll and nowhere to place me. I left a career of 15 years to go to Flexicom, put my faith in the Management team, sacraficed my time and paycheck to stay there. My "friend" has yet to even appologize for screwing me over. These are not the type of people you want to do business with. With the unrealistic goals that are set each month, the Sales reps are under such pressure to gouge the customers for as much as they can to hit these "unattainable"bonuses. Oh yes...the sob story about wanting to be Mr. Do Good. Wolf in sheep's clothing. J.R. Ewing has nothing on Mr. Cunix. I do have to say that at least Steve Moore was straight with me. I think he would be better off letting that company fall apart. As for my ol buddy Mr. Billy G........I hope that after its all said and done, you are able to look your children in the eyes and tell them that what you did is right. This company had no consideration for my family. Let me go the Day after Thanksgiving!!!!!!! What a kick in the nuts. Why even hire me in the first place? Biggest mistake I ever made.
Folks....do your homework before making any purchases from a "premium retailer". Check online pricing first, then go to your local walmart or best buy. Then go to one of these stores to see if you are truely getting the "best deal". Dont be fooled................

This company is a total rip off which is headed by someone who has made a fortune using other people. Shawn is nothing but a high end con artist who is only concerned with the amount of money he takes from every customer and every phone. Do the employees know that Shawn gets over 30 dollars A PHONE personally from every sale? But yet can't give his employees a raise or set sales goals within realistic expectations so bonuses can be achieved.

Look at the reviews...they are accurate. All the positive reviews are written by people who work from Shawn. Shawn and Steve both are only interested in themselves and making money. Why else would they fire people for absolutely no reason? Flexicom can't give raises or bonuses or honor employment agreements but Shawn and Steve can go play poker on what funds????????

Go to a corporate store to purchase ANYTHING Verizon.

Pros: Corporate Stores are Easy to Find

Cons: Money Hungry Management

.

Company philosophy (internally): "Better to beg forgiveness, than to ask permission. We take care of each other." Or "do whatever it takes and we'll fix it later".

There was a $1.1M callback on payouts from Verizon Wireless, because Flexicom was collecting monies on incomes that were unsecured. Instead of taking responsibility for the procedures that were approved by Flexicom to their employees (a trainee follows the training) Flexicom charged employees back for bad charges over a period of several months.

Even with the chargebacks, it was impossible to make any money as a rep or a store partner. This was because including the chargebacks you still had to make store goals, which were near impossible. So... Flexicom would fire or move you if you didn't make store goals but then they would issue chargebacks so it was impossible to make any money.

Here's the kicker: Flexicom paid the $1.1M and then issued the chargebacks, in doing the figures (at one time) Flexicom made an enormous profit by paying off the settlement to Verizon Wireless and issuing chargebacks to the stores. How? Because Flexicom collects 100% of the monies up to the store goals (minus increasingly small expenditures) and they would keep all the monies made post-store goals by issuing chargebacks. The several months of chargebacks increased the capital gain for Flexicom than any other time.

I cannot go into too much detail. I feel terrible for Bill Goodrich, he's such a great guy. He's the only person who is single-handedly kept the company together.

Let's not even go into Chris Schmedes, Shawn's "ex-right hand man". Who they finally wised up and let him go.

One thing I don't appreciate is someone of these people bringing in Shawn's family or his personal life into these reviews, it's uncivil and innappropriate. He has a wonderful wife and family, who are loving and caring. These reviews should be stricltly business related.

Work corporate direct. Drop the pride of being "so-called self-employed", it's a joke. The only people who make money are those who create a corporation and they sit on the top.

I am a lifelong friend of Shawn Cunix. He has done so many good things for his people that it actually puts tears in my eyes thinking about some of them. For example, he wrote off a debt from someone that owed him over $150,000 when his son was suddenly killed saying that he has enough burden and I want to lift this one from him. He has paid my parents mortgage when they needed help without even telling me he did it! He wasnt looking for a thanks or a pat on the chest. He just loves people. Shawn has one of the biggest hearts you could possibly imagine. The comments on this page are truly out of the ignorence of people that have never had the pressure of over 200 people counting on them to make sure that the company stays afloat and can continue to pay them. These people are merely pissed off because they arent good enough salesman to make it here and we wont except mediocrity! We expect more. We wont let you set back and just take orders and pay an enormous salary off of what we have built over the last 9 years. We have a lot of people making more money than they ever have in there life and they would be heartbroken if Shawn didnt make some of these very difficult decisions and lost this company. Sometimes you have to make a decision that is best for the majority and it may not have been what the person getting fired believes. I stand behind this man in everything he does and will continue supporting him and helping us grow until leave this earth. Shawn has helped me reach a higher level financially, personally, as a father, a friend, and so much more! Im sorry that these people are stuck in the grind, i wish they could live 1 day in Shawns shoes and see a glimpse of the pressure that i see him go thru every day! Then maybe they would understand a little about why he has to do things this way. He does an incredible job managing a company of this size. He is a very young and very successful person and some people are just a little jealous. Im glad there jealous. Shawn deserves everything he has and everything he will get in his life! He has sacrificed more than they will ever know. Trust me. I would Know, Steve Moore

Pros: Learning to be Great, not just Good!

Cons: nothing

Every negative thing I read in these previous postings, I also experienced. One only needs to look and see that Shawn Cunix's original partners in the business no longer work with him to realize that people try to get away from the guy.

He does teach very shady deceitful sales practices.

He does make it difficult for sales people to hit his ridiculous goals thereby making them more willing to use his shady methods because they are not making money.

He does turn over his staff more than a fast food restaurant, but he likes that because he makes them activate a phone and as long as they keep it, he makes residuals.

He is widely regarded as arrogant and pompous. Just ask any of the starbucks where he goes.

He does buy or questionably appropriate your information so he can call you and get you to switch companies or renew.

He is pretty successful. So was Bernie Madoff.

Pros: Some employees have a conscience and try to help you

Cons: The ownership teaches employees to trick you

Shawn Cunix is definitely the biggest con artist. As a former employee, I know everything about the company and Shawn Cunix. I was once one of the company's top sales reps. I left the company because I received a better offer from another company. Thanks godness because that was the best decision I've ever made. Shawn Cunix taught me to lie to my customers. I had to do it otherwise he would fire me. I had to pretend that I didn't know what was going on and over charged the customers. Shawn would order low quality accessories from low quality companies and he would ask us to sell them to the customers for unreasonable price. We often over charged customers on new phones. HIs pricing was at least $50 more than the corporate's pricing. We had to lie to the customers and made them believe that our pricing was the best. The point system was a rip off. People were getting paid under the mininum. The raise and the benefits were terrible. I have nothing to against the company or Shawn Cunix but I just don't think his business practice is honest. He makes millions, but his employees are making nothing. Lying is not a good business practice. Forcing your partners to give up their ownership of the company is not a good business practice either.
Shawn, I hope you're reading this. Like I said, I have nothing against you. I was one of your favorite employees. I know we all want to make money, but we have to make honest money. You should not lie to people, you should trick people into paying more for cheap phones., Overcharging people $50 or more for better customer service? that's bad customer service!
please think twice otherwise it will come back and bite you hard.

I have worked for many companies in my day, but not once did I feel the need to write a review on any of those companies but one...Flexicom. I wrote my review not for me, but for the many loyal, hardworking people that I met along the way. I watched guys leave the store to find business. I also watched them come back with sales of phones and aircards. I saw them scheduled for 12 hour days to work at fairs. They did what it took every single month to make their goal. I also saw how they never let people walk out the door without making them a great deal. Well, as great of a deal as you can give from Flexicom's side anyway. Verizon online always has better deals than Flexicom. They try to make the customer feel as though they are getting personal service with the sale. Even though outside of two weeks, they will forward you to the corporate store with any issues. I watched first hand how these guys worked as hard as they could to make their goal. Yet every single month, on the last day of the month, they would get an email showing deductions which put them below their goal. It was pretty much like clockwork. You could basically count on being screwed over at the end of each month. And at $10 an hour, that's not much at all to support yourself let alone a family. Look at the reviews and you see the obvious. Upper management leaves all the good reviews. Hard working ex-employees leave all the bad ones. Think about it. If you are still an employee, would you be 100% honest about the company when you could get fired? When you're not an employee, it's much easier to tell the truth about what is going on inside the company. Believe what you want, but the bad reviews all seem to sound the same. It's tough to lie and get the same story over and over again. Again, my review isn't what was done to me. I left on my own. My review is to back those guys who I saw work harder than anybody and get nothing in return.

Flexicom Wireless has been very good to our organization They have helped us with our corporate phones and saved us money in the process. In addition, they have also supported us with charity dollars and volunteer hours. A corporate staff members puts in the charity time whenever she can which is most appeciated.

Yes, everything everyone has written here is absolutely true. This company is nothing but a bunch of crooks! They go through reps like you wouldn't believe..because as soon as someone wises up to what is going on, they either leave voluntarily or they are fired. They have a point system that is carefully and cleverly designed so that the only making money is Shawn Cunix and his trusted few. They are well paid to keep their mouths shut. Bill Goodrich - Puppet! Anthony Snare - personality of a pole! Terry Ryan - sleeping with Shawn's mother in law...what a joke! He's employed only because he's banging the mother-in-law. The mother in law is spoon fed deals.

I mean seriously...Shawn is very arrogant and believes he's untouchable. His day will come and his family will go down with him...how very sad! But hey...that's what you get!

Anyone considering employment with this cirrus should really think again...it's not worth it...move on! Considering buying from this outfit...go to Corporate you will get a much better deal. Currently employed there - there really are other and better jobs out there..even in this economy! Move on!

This Flexicom company so called a Verizonwireless retailer is a joke. I have dealt with the owner on a professional and personal basis and have been ripped off both times. Shame on me for letting it happen 2 times. He consistanly lies to customers and his employees for the almightly dollar. He even rips off Verizonwireless. He changes ESN numbers at night when he finds someone eligible for upgrades on peoples phones to get paid from Verizonwireless then used to switch them back to old phone so the customer would not know their phone has been switched, and he still got paid but renews their contract. If is very true he says he donates phones to womens shelters but they never make it there. He resells them on ebay as refurbished phones. He also paid people off from Corp. Verizonwireless to print off contacts in their system that were coming up for renewals and offered to hire them and pay them huge amounts of money. Then when they did print off the info he hired them and did not pay them what he told them he would. This guys words are absolutely no good. He still owes money to a lot of businesses that he has recieved goods and services from and has not paid for. What comes around goes around and by pretending to be a church going good guy will not get you far. Things will catch up to Shawn Cunix.

Pros: none

Cons: Anything you can think of

.

very unprofessional and con artist salespeople. owner is so arrogant because he thinks his money makes him. go to the actual verizon store, stay away from resellers like these. they play by their own rules.

I actually was part owner of one of these stores at one point, or so I was led to believe. This company turned its back on one of the best. My biggest selling point was me, I gave everyone what they wanted and carried all business accordingly for the customer. I was told to do otherwise but the store they were going to sell did a complete 360 because of me as the devil in the background always stressed I could make so much more by charging more(Shawn Cunix). I dont think there was every anyone who would have complained about the work I put in for them, I was unlike the others but I couldn't fall to the criminal methods that they wanted me to use, so guess where I am at now. Guess where that store is now. Neither of us is there. I just want to let you know Shawn yours is coming and the lies would catch up to you. Continue to look at people like a dollar and I will be spending yours.

Would recommend to all that I encounter! I have been a Verizon customer for over 10 years and been used to visiting the locations in which the lines are 30 minutes to nearly 1 hour and I was treated like a number. I went to the location on Georgesville Rd. by Wal Mart and met a very helpful young man named Robert. I was having trouble with my Blackberry. I was extremly upset. He listened to my concerns, thanked me for coming into the location, and assisted me for nearly an hour helping me to solve the issue with my email service. In the end it was user error on my part. He made me feel very at home. At the end of the day we solved the issue and he was nice enough to offer any additional future assistance that I may encounter. I have since sent in 4 colleagues from my place of employment and received financial compensation ($25.00 per person who activated a new line $100.00 in total thus far) in the form of a gift card from Verizon for the referrals. As a consumer we are so used to being treated with mediocrity in most places however these smaller customer focused locations are really personalized and able to take the time to identify with the needs of the people without a long wait. Robert is a testament to the commitment and culture that Flexicom has developed to customer satisfaction. We as customers often dwell on negative experiences but in this case it was an OUTSTANDING DISCIPLINE to taking care of the customer!!! Thank you Robert!!!

I know from first hand knowledge that this company is training all employees to cheat their customers. It is ran by a man named Shawn Cunix who is a con artist himself. He trains his employees to cheat customers and all the while he is cheating his employees. They run on a "profit system" this means that you make commision for making more profit. As a store rep you are trained to charge as much as possible for phones and acessories. They have even been known for telling customers they are going to donate you old to the battered womens shelter!!! This is a huge crock he has a whole devision of the company that sales your old phone on EBAY for profit. They also scap the phones and sale the batteries they will put in a package and sell it as new!! I would not send my worst enemy to this store. PS...... Shawn the thing you do in the dark will come out in the light. Your employees are overworked and under paid. Your clients are overcharged and treated second rate.
