Run as fast as you can from this company. They were called for a leaking toilet. They charged my wife over $250 to ""reset"" the leaking toilet. It started leaking again within hours. They said their work was guaranteed for 30 days. It was more like 30 seconds. When my wife called them about the toilet still leaking, they said we probably broke it by sitting back on it too hard. The funny thing is we hadn't even used it since they left. So, they grudgingly agreed to come back and they claimed they fixed the leak. Surprise. It started leaking again within hours. We called out a different plumber who pointed out G&R had used a wax seal that was barely hanging on, when instead, it needed a specific part designed for that type toilet. The plumber went to a plumbing supply store, picked up the part, put it in and the leak stopped. Amazing.\r\n
