I was late and hit a major pot hole and needed my tire changed....The driver came out and was so great and had my tire changed in a jiffy....then I needed his help because I had in my haste locked my keys in the car. We had a chuckle.

When I called, they took care of me from the start. The driver couldn't have been any better. If and when I need a towing service, Lightning is it.

I was very pleased with the driver. He was very helpful and courteous. He made sure I was ok and proceeded to tow my vehicle. I was pleasantly surprised with the interior of the truck. The driver said this is his office so it was clean and orderly. Great JOB !!!

Great company. The drivers are awesome and helpful and they went out of their way to assist me on the 2 occasions that I needed to use them.
