Was a customer for 23 years. I am not anymore. First off, items were constantly out of stock when I arrived to buy them over the last year. Store is unkempt and has an odor to it. Bought a Shih Tzu right before they stopped selling puppies corporate wide. The purchase agreement guaranteed the dog against genetic defects. At 4 months old, dog is diagnosed with genetic epilepsy. I should have been reimbursed for medical bills up to the amount of purchase which was $500. After haggling for 8 months, I was offered $8. They price match and PetSmart is across town so I kept buying my supplies there. Every time I use my wife's bank card. Recently they decided to hold my card up in another room and treat my like a criminal and called the cops for attempting to use my wife's card. Then a week later I was physically threatened by the same employee. But we were in Walmart, and he was on paid break in his Jack's uniform.. Called CEO who promised to handle and rectify the situation. He calls back the next day says it's his word against mine and he doesn't care if he loses my business. According to law enforcement at this point my options are to ignore him, and if he continues to try to have contact, to call 911 and be very clear I do not wish to speak with him. That's a great consumer resolution there isn't it.
