Venetian Nail Spa

I have been to Venetian once before for a pedi. The service was good. However, I came back to get a Toe Polish Change and had a very umcomfortable experience. I called and asked what was included with Toe polish change and he said clip, buff and polish with no soak. Which was exactly what i needed. The lady said oh boy you need a pedi ( i had 3 pedi's within the last 4 months) I certainly did not. Which was okay if she was trying to up her sale. Then she proceeded to take out the buffer and said i shouldnt be doing this buffer but i will- which i thought was strang b/c that was included. Then i asked if she was going to trim and she said no no thats not included- i told her i called and a gentleman told me it certainly was. She said okay, i hope my boss doesnt see. Then her boss came over and started speaking thier language like she was getting in trouble and totally made me feel uncomfortable! I didnt want to cause a seen, the place was packed... i wanted to get the heck out of there. Its a shame b/c they do good work, just VERY unprofessional. They lost a good costumer. I will not go back. I felt like i was treated like trash b/c i just wanted a simple polish change and not a pedicure.

I ended up with an infection on my toe. After removing my polish my nail was turning black after being cut with a unclean tool even though they claim to sterilize. they don't disinfect between clients.

i think the customer service at venetian is horrible! they speak to each other during services in their language, and it is just rude, I do not go to a salon to listen to people talk , I go to relax. It's a shame because the place is beautiful, but run very poorly!

Sadly, I have to agree with the other reviewers. I had this young man, I believe his name was Eric who talked to his cousins the whole time. He kept stopping my manicure to talk to them and laughing the whole time. He claimed everyone there was his cousin because that is all he did -- was talk to them. The manicure was average but not worth the unprofessionalism.

Seriously -- this place has just gone down about ten notches for me. I used to be a loyal customer there and then i noticed when i went there when the owner wasn't around, they were rude and very unprofessional. I sat and waited for 20 minutes without someone even coming up and asking me what I wanted or to greet me. When I simply walked out, they were laughing. Sad way to run business during a recession. Go to Liz's Nails right down the road!

This place is a FARCE! Yesterday I received the abosolute worst nail job ever! It took nearly 3 hours to have a full set of artificial nails applied, after being told it would only take 1 hour, maybe, and now I am stuck with incredibly thick, ugly nails that look beyond fake! Plus I asked for gel nails but received acryllics (they used a powder) with a "gel" overlay. I have since found out that powders ARE NOT used for gel nails! I do not recommend this place to anyone and I definitely will not be going back! Please save your money and find a licensed technician that will not lie to you!!!!
