I took my 2006 F250 Super Duty to John Nolan Ford a little over a year ago to do a Coolant Flush on my truck. I cant remember the guy that works there that told me the original price. I think he is one of the managers or poss an owner, it wasnt Jeff Jones, he is a black guy and drives a black escalade. He had me come in his office and we were talking for a little bit and I noticed a picture in his office, I went to school with his daughter. He even called her while I was in the office with him. He seemed personable. Well a little bit later while I was waiting for them to get done with my truck he comes and tells me that its going to cost more to do my truck. Actually its going to cost double the price.. He even offered to take me to the bank so I could get more money to cover it. A couple days later I called John Noland and acted like I was just asking the price of a coolant flush and I asked do they charge the same for everyone regardless of how much fluid they use and he said yes. I told him how much I was charged and even that guy was shocked and said that doesnt sound right because he does the work on the vehicles..Ended up the poss half owner DOUBLE CHARGED ME! I went back and confronted him and he acted like he didnt know what I was talking about, go figure. Well I told him I was going to contact my attorney and a few days later I got a check in the mail for what he over charged me...I will never ever go there again. BEWARE!! That is probably how he affords his escalade is by ripping people off. Im a woman by the way so thats probably why he made me a target.. First experience will be my only one with John Nolan.

I have been looking at cars online for about a year, but haven?t gone further than looking because I hate going to a dealership to buy a car. That attitude literally changed overnight for me.

My boyfriend John Nolan Ford, to see if they might have the car that I wanted. He was put in touch with Jeff Jones, who confirmed that the car was on the lot. I called Jeff and set an appointment for 6:30pm. Jeff didn?t tell me that he was scheduled to get off work at 4pm that day. He said 6:30 was fine and he would see me then. He took all of my financial information, and had the financing approved before I arrived. The Finance Manager, Keith Andres was awesome! He got me a great rate, and took all of the pain out of the financing process. He was very patient and answered all of my questions. Keith is truly a professional and a pleasure to work with.

When I got there, Jeff showed me the car and answered all of my questions. He treated me with respect, and listened to what I had to say. At no time did I feel rushed because he was working late. As a matter of fact, he never looked at his watch. After I signed the paperwork and the car was ?officially? mine, Jeff still took time to show me how to program the stations on the radio, and demonstrated other features of the car, to be certain that I knew how they functioned. He even filled the tank for me before I drove off the lot.

I have worked as a Sales Administrator for over 15 years in various industries. When it comes to sales people, I have truly ?seen it all.? So when I tell you that John Nolan Ford has a valuable resource in Jeff Jones, you can rest assured that I know what I?m talking about. I love talking about my car and my experience with John Nolan Ford. I know that I will be recommending both Jeff and John Nolan Ford for years to come.
