I've never seen more than 3 people working here. Most days when I drop by on lunch, its just 1. But the service is great! They offer Christmas club accounts, savings, checking, CDs, car loans, etc. I use them for my Roth account on a CD which seems to get better than average returns.
Unfortunately, I can usually find better APRs elsewhere for credit lines and savings accounts. And, I do not like that the debit card attached to their checking account will get dinged for a transaction fee since the credit union doesn't have their own chain of ATMs.
But for quick, local banking, I can't beat the friendly service.
