Our family had dinner at Saigon Corner last week and our Pho soups were excellent. I had take out there today and enjoyed it very much. We usually don't eat meals that are soups ,but their soups are just wonderful. A great deal and pleasant experience. A definite return for us!

We have been regular patrons of Saigon Corner for the past several years. Unfortunately there is new ownership and the quality is just not as good. I dined there today for lunch with friends and the food was just ok; no mint, only Thai basil on my plate, and the saucefor the rice vermicelli lacked depth of flavor. Worse, the wall by our table was splatter with dried food, and the condiment bottles and tray on our table were covered in grease. So disappointing. We dined there at least twice a month. We miss Yen - she was fabulous!!

just had lunch there today, i was the only customer at the time. I ordered a bowl of seafood pho, didn't like it very much, too sweet not worth its price, $9
The worst part was when I almost finished, i discovered the noodle bowl was dirty, it has stain on it, which you could scratch off using a spoon, almost made me throw up...

Saigon has the best fried rice in Brandon. The pho bo is also excellent and the best in the area. They are quick and nice and the food is definatly the best. I go here often and always suggest it to everyone I know!

I had previously visited Pho Brandon off Bloomingdale several times but did not really enjoy it partially due to the cooking of some dishes.. but am glad there is another restaurant that can satisfy my palate.

Saigon Corner - Asian Bistro, is just off oakfield drive, among many older strip malls in brandon, close to korean groceries and the brandon library.

Interior was somewhat dark even at 11am. The menu is probably more basic than the vietnamese/chinese menus you see in Tampa. You definitely have to get the Fresh summer rolls(2 for $3.95); fresh shrimp, pork, rice noodles wrapped with lettuce in a rice sheet.

Your usual fare of Pho(rice noodle soups) or Mi(egg noodle soups), both of which can entail beef, meatballs, briskets, seafood, chicken, veggies only or even the rare tripe. All noodle soups are served with fresh bean sprouts, herbs, lime wedges.

They also have tropical smoothies, boba tea(bubble tea), desserts such as fried pineapple, fried banana ice cream and also freshly squeezed juices such as lemonade and coconut.. and also my favorite Vietnamese Iced coffee with condensed milk.
