When i started with visible i didn't have much, I had a website with another company but did not have a business license or a reliable supplier. Even though i didn't have a website with visible at the time they took the time to help me setup a business license and find drop-shippers i only wish i would have found them earlier. I have always been pleased with the support that I have received from Visible. I want to particularly compliment you on one of your Support Staff. Trevan has really jumped in and helped us from day one. In my humble opinion he is a real asset to Visible.Net.

In the past year and a half we have been contacted by numerous web builders, offering their services and expertise to enhance our existing website. Two to three months ago, we were contacted by Visible.net with the same pitch. At that time, we weren't ready to make any decisions regarding our website, but I told the guy if he wanted to give us about 30 days and make a call back, we might be ready. He called again approximately a month later and once again, I asked him to call back. He waited another month and contacted us. We were impressed, each time, by his pleasant demeanor and lack of pressure. It was also the first time that any web builder had taken the initiative to call back as requested. Most, just "move on" if they don't make that "initial sale".

Due to the timing of our business AND Visible's gentle persistence, we agreed to listen to additional information regarding your company's ability to build a viable website for our shop and, subsequently, signed an agreement with them. Since signing the contract to build our site, we continue to have contact with friendly, reactive staff. Each person, has been extremely genial and professional, making sure we had all of our questions answered and understood the process. Each provided contact information in case of any questions or concerns.

I understand the importance of taking the time to recognize good service, not just bad. Many times companies only hear about when they "screw up" and not when things go well. Top rate in my book!!

Glad to see a company out there that finally delivers. I have been with two other SEO firms and Visible.net is hopefully my last ever. They have been able to deliver on things I was told cannot be done. They have continued to advise me on techniques to improve how my site is used and viewed by my customers and google. The person above that said it is refreshing is right, I felt the same way after a short time with them. All I can say is thank you, thank you, thank you!
