Double Decker Coffee Company

This is a great place to people watch. We like to stop in here with the kids and get some hot chocolate. We always try and sit up on the top in the front of the bus.

I love this place. The people that work there are super nice, and the drinks are always great. It is almost like being carried away to London on a cool fall day, when you step inside the iron fence. Not expensive, either.

This tradition started the first year I worked at my daughter's school and we had our first snow day. Having coffee in a British, double-decker bus on a snowy afternoon in downtown Asheville is a great way to spend some quality time. It helps that their coffee is fantastic too.
