Professional Carpet Services, by 5280 Carpet Cleaning

Hired 5280 to clean carpets in a vacant home prior to move-in. Jim arrived for the carpet cleaning appointment 90 minutes late, leaving the carpets wet for furniture arriving later that day. He also had to call for directions, because he hadn't checked a map prior to the appointment. Upstairs contained only 4 rooms with carpet, and Jim neglected to clean one of them. Pet hair and stains remained in living room and stairwell after cleaning.

5280 came to my house at midnight to fix a flooded basement. He arrived within an hour of my call, and got right to work moving furniture and clearing the water out. He stayed and worked for hours, and was back the next day checking on the walls for wetness, which he dried out. The work and service were impeccable. I don't wish a flood on anyone, but this is the kind of service you want if you have one! 5280 did such a great job on the flooded area, that I had them clean the upstairs carpets as well, and was not disappointed. They have a customer for life! Thank you for all your hard work!

Jim and his crew did an outstanding job with my carpets. In addition to being the best carpet cleaning company in Denver I have dealt with, 5280 was able to install and re-stretch the carpet in my home office to perfection. All of the work was completed in a timely fashion, and I would recommend 5280 to anyone in the Denver area that needs a carpet cleaning, upholstery, new carpets, or even restoration from water/fire damage. Give Jim a call, it's well worth it!
