Just wanted to day how happy I am with Vespa Brooklyn...after getting the shaft for years from Queens and SoHo these guys really stepped up to help me get back and stay on the road. I like there tell-it-like-it-is policy and glad I took their advice on the repairs I needed. Great location and layout. Great people and the Manhattan pick-up service is a life saver. Highly Recommended. Thanks again guys.
Disrespectful. They act like they dont need their business so dont give it to them. I told them i was riding a bike to them on the following saturday, i get there and they closed early. I'm not riding the bike because its leaking oil, but now i had to ride it home to coney island which i already felt was risky and now i wouldnt be able to get the bike to them before christmas new years. but the owner Andrew wouldn't even admit that they closed early. If a mechanic is going to tell me i'm lying and essentially lie to me before he's even giving me an estimate, how can i trust him to give me an honest repair. Vehicle repair is a trust industry. and i've seen other comments elsewhere that they pad the bill, so i felt i wouldnt be able to trust the estimate or the work.
I say, go to Scooter Bottega, which i normally do and will be doing now. only reason i was going to go here was because Scooter Bottega was closed for the holiday. but never again. I've also heard better things about Vespa Queens but i havent been there myself.
