Well, my home sat on the market for a whole year before I decided to go with a Prudential Select Real Estate Agent. I went to their webpage www.pruselectre.com and looked through the agents. The agent I found that met all my standards was Genie Fisher. She has over 20 years experience and knows the market to a T. She advertised my home on over 20 websites, made me just gorgeous flyers and sent postcards to all my neighbors and the surrounding neighborhoods. She also set me up on Prudentials Online Seller Advantage that sent me daily e-mails to let me know how many people have looked at my home online. My home was sold in 2 Months.
