First visit - I got a good price on two tires but soon after, two of my hubcaps fell off (whereabouts unknown). Could be a coincidence.
Second visit - I received a postcard inviting me in for a free rotation on the tires and made an appointment after being told it would take an hour. I dropped the car off on time and was told I would receive a courtesy call when it was done. I returned after 1 hour 10 minutes (no courtesy call) and was given an estimate for over $1000 in recommended service and they had not even done the tire rotation. I had to leave for an appoitment without the service they offered (lured me in with) and will not return.
