We have bought many cars from dealers before and this dealer is best by far. They were super from the minute I walked in to the minute I walked out! Would highly recommend and sure will buy again! Thank you for a great experience!

I recently was in town and my car wouldn't start at the West Springfield Shops. I was stranded and AAA said the wait was going to be three hours. I called over to the nearest dealer which happened to be Bertera Chrysler. Thank God I got Kathy on the phone. She was able to call a tow service and they were there in 20 minutes. Got towed to Bertera and found out that my key lost its programming. In and out in an hour and a half. Saved me a lot of misery. Oh yeah, they even got the tow covered under AAA. Lifesavers!!!

I have to say there are some negative comments about this dealership that I just do not understand. I bought my car three years ago from Bertera Chrysler and everything was great. After about 2 and a half years, I notice a clicking sound coming from the engine. I figured it was nothing but decided to take my car to Bertera just to make sure. I spoke with Kathy who was very nice and they brought the car in. Come to find out it was a lifter issue. It was covered but the car would be in the shop for at least 5 days. I told her I had no transportation and Chrysler warrranty did not rentals and I could not afford almost 200 dollars for the week. Donna Starke ( the service manager) came over and let me know that she was going to try to work something out. Fifteen minutes later, the general manager Gabe came in and said they would give me a loaner car for the five days. I was blown away. It was even a 2011 Jeep. They took the extra step in understanding my situation means they will be getting my business for years to come. Thanks Kathy, Donna, and Gabe!!!

I purchased my 2009 Murano about a 6 months ago and I am very happy with it. The staff was very nice but they were very busy. They still gave me the attention that I needed and the financing was easy. Great experience!

One star is far too many for this substandard organization.
I have just been warned by Bertera that they will take legal action against me if I continue to post negative comments about my experience with Bertera's service department. I have been told by Joshua Menke of Bertera that because I have said I would continue to post negative comments until I receive a refund, that I am extorting Bertera and they are going to take legal action.
One star is to many for Bertera's service department. Lie, cheat and steal -- that's what this company considers good business practices. I paid for a complete brake inspection and was told there was nothing wrong. When I took the car to a second mechanic for a second opinion, the mechanic informed me that the rotors and pads needed to be replaced. In addition to the second opinion, I told the bad rotors and pads to a third mechanic--he confirmed that the rotors and pads needed to be replaced. Bertera refused to do anything, stating that the (bad) rotors and pads were normal! Lie, cheat and steal!
P.S. I have two new Jeeps. I have been taking them to Bertera for service since they were new. I have never complained about the service that I received in the past.
Apparently, when someone stands up to Bertera's dishonest business practices, they resort to threats of legal action. When I brought the defective brake components to the service department, Bertera's first reaction was to say there was nothing wrong with the components. When I complained and asked for the service manager, I was told that I was going to be removed from the dealership by force.
Next week, I'm planning to standing in front of the dealership with a sign that expresses my dissatisfaction with Bertera.

So I brought it to Toyota and at the time I brought it to them it went over 30 days. It turns out the car needed a new engine.

I was stuck dealing with a lawyer for a year and had to get another reliable car to drive in the mean time. After a year of dealing with a lawyer I only got $1000 while the new engine cost me $6000. I had to save up enough money to replace the engine and at the same time pay two car payments and insurance on both cars.

Another year went by and I was still not able to sell the car by itself so I had to trade both of my cars in for one car. Now, years later I'm basically still paying for two cars due to all of the negative equity, and will be until my car is paid off.

Do not buy from Bertera, they ruined my life.
