My kids love Panache. They never have a problem with getting their hair trimmed here and the staff are all so sweet. I haven't had a bad experience here and I don't think I ever will. I highly recommend this place for anyone in the Santa

Great, great place to take your kids. I just stopped by the other day while on Montana and I figured, eh we're already here. So I take them in, the staff is very warm and welcoming and the service was fast and easy. We were in and out

Panache Kids is a great kids salon. They have rocket chairs, candy and cookies for the kids and tv to keep them occupied while they're getting their haircut. The stylists are great with the kids. Very gentle and careful when they fuss.

This is truly a great spot. My wife and kids love it here and so do I. We always come in together to get all the haircuts out of the way. It's much easier if you make an appointment trust me, we're in and out like that, but if we forget to

the first time I took my 3 year old son there, he got his best haircut ever and now my whole family goes there.
I enjoyed the coffee, relaxing environment with plenty of magazines, excellent styles, and professional, friendly staff.

Please do not go to Marjan for your Brazilian Blowout. The discount they offer is because they only do part of the process.
Here's what happened to me:
Before starting, I ensured that the process she would be using was the ??Brazilian Blowout? process not another popular process called the Brazilian Keratin Treatment. She confirmed that she was using the ??Brazilian Blowout? and showed me the products.

Those who are certified to provide the Brazilian Blowout are supposed to use the following process found on the Brazilian Blowout website, and this is a very specific process driven by the chemical reactions that are required to take place:
??When you arrive at the salon, the process is as follows:
1.Stylist will shampoo your hair with the Brazilian Blowout specially formulated Anti-Residue; Professional Shampoo to prepare your hair for the optimal smoothing result.
2.After towel drying, your certified Brazilian Blowout stylist will divide your hair into sections and begin to comb the Brazilian Blowout Professional Treatment through each section of the hair from root to tip; lightly dusting each section with the solution.
3.Solution will surround each hair shaft with protective protein layers to smooth and flatten the cuticle.
4.Stylist will then blow-dry your hair as straight as possible with a flat or round brush.
5.Once the hair is dry, the Stylist will divide the hair into four sections and begin using a flat iron to further straighten the hair in 2-3 inch sections.
6.Once complete, the Stylist will rinse the hair (no shampoo), towel-dry and apply the Brazillian Blowout Masque to further seal in the professional formulation. After 60 seconds, the stylist will rinse the hair once again and towel dry.
7.The Stylist will then apply the Brazilian Blowout Smoothing Serum to further seal the cuticle and assist in detangling the hair prior to the final blow dry.
8.The Stylist will then blow dry the hair straight one final time and style as desired.?

I did not receive this full process. Marjan ONLY performed steps 1 through 5. She then told me that it would be better to keep the chemicals in my hair overnight, and sent me home. After reaching home that day, approximately 6 hours after the process, my scalp had starting itching uncomfortably. I called the phone number provided by Brazilian Blowout on the website (8182328775), and the customer service representative informed me that the stylist had made a consequential mistake. The chemicals needed to be washed out of my hair, and the remaining steps needed to be performed in order for the smoothing effects of the treatment to be maintained. They suggested I wash my hair immediately and apply whichever conditioning treatment I had on hand.

I asked the Salon and stylist to resolve this issue multiple times without a satisfactory response. The first time, I went to the salon the morning after the treatment. The stylists at the salon said that Marjan would not be available that day, and that they do hundreds of these treatments in this exact fashion. I showed them the print out from the website (the steps shown above) and they said it must be wrong! Surprised at this, I asked them to please have Marjan contact me as soon as possible. When I spoke with Marjan the next day (5/22) I told her that she had not fully finished the process, and I would like to come to the salon to do the remaining steps. She became incredibly irate, screaming that she was ??a real stylist and would do whatever I wanted to do?, and that those who originated the chemical process ??didn??t know nothing about hair.? I asked her to lower her voice, and she began yelling about suing me in small claims court! I found her reaction troubling and did not feel comfortable returning to the salon. Since that time, my scalp has continued to itch and be dry, and the smoothing effects has begun to decrease quite fast.

Pros: Did half the process

Cons: Did not do the other half!
