      <title>5 Stars:  Community Pontiac GMC Has Grown Up! (by Gary W.)</title>
      <description>&lt;p&gt;I used to despise this dealership, but now I adore it.  In 1999, I was treated very rudely while trying to purchase a $45,000 vehicle.  I went elsewhere.  In 2006, I needed a dealer trade, but after 3 days of excuses from Community, I drove out to the dealership where the vehicle was and bought it from them.  Back then, their service was atrocious with long wait times and my car was often returned with fingerprints, dirt, and grease inside and out.  Everything seemed to change after their move to Tinley Park.  I would have continued to avoid them, but a friend had a good experience and I figured I'd give them one last try.  I was amazed at the difference.  The sales staff is friendly, helpful, and surprisingly honest.  And the service department is fantastic.  Paul is always bright, cheery, humorous, and helpful.  He does a great job and really seems to be interested in customer satisfaction.  A few years ago, I would have advised anyone to avoid this place like the plague, but they've really turned things around and come a long long way!&lt;/p&gt;</description>

Mr. Paul Klupshas and staff have always kept me apprised of any potential problems, are very knowledgeable and their quality work and end product has been phenomenal.  I would recommend their services highly!&lt;/p&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;p&gt;Whether it's bringing my car in for service or purchasing a new car, I thoroughly enjoy each experience at Community Pontiac GMC.  Both the sales and service staff are top-notch and you never feel &amp;quot;hassled&amp;quot; by anyone.  They've also delivered either on-time or ahead-of-time in regards to service and maintenance.  Their people are the reason I am a repeat customer.  :-)&lt;/p&gt;</description>

Each time I have been treated very well and the staff have always been friendly and helpful. My most recent experience with Service Rep. Paul Klupshas was no different. Paul explained everything in detail and made sure my concerns were addressed in a timely manner.&lt;/p&gt;</description>

      <title>5 Stars:  Consistent TOP NOTCH SERVICE (by Letitia R.)</title>
      <description>&lt;p&gt;I am a repeat customer and I have NEVER had a bad experience. The service team is GREAT from the first call to schedule my appointment to the completion of the service. I have bought two cars including my current car; therefore the sales team must do a good job. Overall Community Pontiac will continue to get my business and referrals because of the service I receive, the quality of product and the friendly team members!!!Keep up the great work&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;PS I love the emails I receive about different promotions, and informative information and the courtesy calls after each car service appointment&lt;/p&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;p&gt;My husband and I are repeat customers of Community Pontiac GMC. Besides the quality GM cars that they offer, the people here really go above and beyond what other dealers in the area offer as customer service. We felt very welcomed and relaxed, there was no pressure or stress or rushing our decisions. Joe Andracki helped us weigh options for every vehicle we were interested in, had great suggestions for what our family might need , then walked us through the buying process and layed out several options for finanacing. This was unlike any other car buying experience we have ever had and it will keep us coming back. The service department was also very prompt, friendly and clean. Nice job!&lt;/p&gt;</description>

      <title>1 Stars:  Bad service dept (by T J S.)</title>
      <description>&lt;p&gt;Made an appointment to have my car serviced for warranty work a few days in advance and brought it in at 9:30 on day of appointment. At 4:30 same day, called to check on it, and it was not even looked at. They said it would be first thing next morning, which is fine for people who don't need their cars! I told them it was not acceptable and went back to pick up my car. If they can't even get the car in to look at in a timely manner, who knows what the quality of work will be. I will not bring my car here again, try the LaGrange Pontiac!&lt;/p&gt;</description>
