Well like the unfortunate people who experience a hard drive crash, I went through a great experience with this company. I am a writer, and back up all of my data onto my external hard drive, or atleast that was the impression I was under until my laptop hard drive crashed. Frantic I searched my external hard drive and found that my backup seemed to only backup my data once! Great, all of my data is lost forever, I thought. After calling a couple places, that apparently did not even exist in Los Angeles but were based out of state I found Data Recovery Services of Los Angeles, CA and boy was I glad I did. Right away I reached someone, while at the other data recovery companies I felt like I was being treated like a second class citizen, and my sales representative at Data Recovery Services in LA told me realistically what I would be looking at for a time frame and what the price most likely would be. I was satisfied with how upfront they were about everything, and the professionalism that they showed while dealing my data recovery case and would truly like to recommend them to everyone that I know. Data Recovery Services of Los Angeles, CA are the best and only data recovery service in Los Angeles that I found to be honest, upfront, and professional. If you have to chose one data recovery company this is the only one to go with. Oh and they recovered ALL of my data within less than a 2 day period, and even had it all copied over to a hard drive when I was coming to pay for it!

I had a very bad feeling in my stomach last month, you know the same type of feeling that you get when you get a call from the police department saying there has been an accident. Fortunately, this feeling was not caused by an injury, but by an accident that happened with my external hard drive, and california data recovery services helped me fix this accident.I am a daytime trader, which means I depend on all the data I have gathered about a company to chose which stock I buy or sell, and all of this data is always on my little 500gb external western digital hard drive. In hindsight, it probably was not a good idea to just keep the data on this hard drive, but I liked being able to carry it around anywhere with me and connect it to my laptop. One day after the market closed (which is in the afternoon for me because I'm on the west coast) I went to lunch, and after lunch I turned on my hard drive to not have it detect in my computer, and when I held the hard drive to my ear it made a weird whirring noise.Frantic, i googled data recovery los angeles and found many companies that I decided to call. All of them sounded pretty much the same, but your company sounded different, and more personable and professional so I chose you guys.After dropping off my hard drive, I got a call within a couple of hours because I needed my data back quickly and selected the fastest option you guys had, and this phone call told me that my data would be recovered within the next 6 hours!I was amazed and relieved at how quickly you guys got my data back, and the price was meager compared to how much money I would have lost if I could not have traded the next day.I would recommend Los Angeles Data Recovery to anyone that would be in need of any data recovery services, as they saved my my sanity and livelihood.

I can whole heartedly recommend California Data Recovery Services to others needing this service. To be honest I hope that you dont need them but if you think you have just lost 6 months work; invoicing, proposals, photos, forecasts like I had and you want to get it back then you could not be in better hands.

I had sent my faulty hard drive to 2 other IT experts who attempted to retrieve my data and finally declared it was not possible. I asked another vendor of laptops who kindly told me that I could try California Data Recovery Services before giving up.

I did this and within 3 days I had 100% of my 90 gb of information back and also downloaded as a back up onto a 200 gig portable storage device.

Thank you very much for recovering the data from the portable hard drive in late August this year. I have been overseas ever since, and meaning to write to you thanking for the same.

You know, I had about 10 years of my work archived in that disk and I was devastated that all was lost, and no insurance can ever replace it.

I came across California Data Recovery Service in the yellow pages. You have managed not only to recover nearly 90%-95% of the data, but did it in such a short time. I got a good feedback from you almost the next day on the prospects of recovery. Saved my life.

Recently I couldnt log in at all to my computer at my login and also through administrator. A local computer guy said that my computer would need to be reformatted, and that all my files would be lost.

I came across an advertisement of California Data Recovery Services and rang them. All my files were recovered . Their service was fast, efficient and very much appreciated.

I would recommend them to anyone who has any serious data loss problems.

With our digital camera memory card close to full with over 285 photos I checked the available space and accidentally reformatted the memory card effectively deleting all of our precious photos. Everyone told us they were lost forever and to give up.

A few years earlier my work hard drive crashed and the back up tapes were unreadable so we used California Data Recovery Services to get the data back.

I went to their web site and found California Data Recovery Services also recover photos from memory cards. We were extremely happy to hear that many of photos were recovered perfectly and of those that were corrupted we were able to crop and zoom on the digital photo printer to save more.

Definitely give them a try with a no charge policy if they cant recover your photos youve got nothing to lose!

Thank you very much indeed for the data which arrived on Saturday. I was delighted to get my data back, especially since everyone else that I have spoken to told me that, once the corrupt file had overwritten the cd, I had lost the original file for good. I am so glad that I hadn't given up and thrown the cd away. If I meet anyone else with a similar problem, I will certainly be recommending you. I still can't quite believe that I have all my work back. I will be keeping two back up copies from now on!

I found California Data Recovery Services to be highly efficient, professional, and gave great customer service. Within 36 hours of a system failure we had our data recovered from the server, restored and installed. This was despite the geographic issue of being some 270 miles between ourselves and California Data Recovery Services, and the fact that the server was shipped back on a Friday afternoon. Excellent service.

Our server crashed one day and we thought we were protected with our RAID setup, however, we were not able to boot or recover data on either drive. I called California Data Recovery Services and within hours they picked up my drive at my office and had recovered 100% of our data. Our experience was excellent and we would definitely recommend their services to anyone.

A few weeks ago, my hard drive unexpectedly crashed and seemingly deleted all of my files. Unfortunately, I had all of my father?s Mr. Everest Summit photos in this IMAC and forgot to make additional copies. Before I went to California Data Recovery for my hard drive recovery, I went to another place in Southern California and asked them to fix my computer. They simply charged me a 100 dollar diagnostic fee and told me that it was fruitless to go elsewhere as they bluntly said that my ?computer could not be fixed!? I was not ready to give up on recovering my dad?s most cherished memories. So I went to California data services and asked them to diagnose my computer. They did not charge for this diagnostic service and said that it could be done. Moreover, they were willing to work within my budget and give me an affordable price quote. After only 3 days of waiting, I was able to pick up the information from my hard drive in five convenient DVD players and stunned my father with ALL of his pictures. These guys are great, they have cordial service, and they will get you results. Don't waste any money elsewhere, go to California Data Services first!

Many many many thanks for a 100% recovery of my crashed hard-drive including over 2 years of family pictures of our 2 young children. After taking the drive to a recommended and very reputable data recovery company and after a few weeks having them indicate that "all was lost" I turned to you for a second opinion. Even though I indicated there wasn't an urgency, you worked on the drive from the moment I left it with you and within 2 days you had recovered 100% of the data. I had to pass on my thanks for the spectacular service you provided. A User had not backed up a very important project. It comprised of one months work. The disk in her PC that held the data then failed. We have a huge amount of expertise within our dept, and are rarely beaten, but this disk had lost its partition. And appeared to have lost all the data. Despite our best efforts, using all the tools at our disposal we could not recover the data. The faulty HDD was sent to you on Monday. On Wednesday we received two CDs with all the recovered data. Unbelievable! Not only that. At each stage of the saga, you staff were helpful, and even Returned calls when they said they would keep me informed of progress. AMAZING.

I want to take amoment to thank California Data Recovery Services for the partial recovery of a zip disk. Although not all the data coul be recovered, that data that was recovered was very importatnt personnel records and other summary spreadsheets with 8 month of data, very consuming to reconstruct.

When I received my CD in the mail from them, I held my breath while I opened it and loooked at the files it contained. You cannot imagine my relief when I found many of the files I needed.

Thank you - you have saved me weeks of reconstruction work.

We were in the middle of a project and were desperate when we realized our Raid 0 Hard-Drives had crashed.We found Data Recovery Services on the internet and were so pleased they didn't charge us a fee to diagnose the problem, instead they offered us some efficient solutions. When my hard drive died it was a disaster. Thousands of hours of hard work essential to my profession simply vanished. Since the computer was under warrantee I went to the Apple Store where they gave me the numbers of two companies to contact for data recovery, after which my drive would be replaced under warrantee. Of the two, I called California Data Recovery Services because they were local, because they offered a free evaluation and because their prices were significantly better than the competition. They came to my home for the evaluation just two hours after my call, and only 24 hours later delivered my data to me - again at my home. It was all there. I lost nothing. I was impressed. I highly recommend this company.
