Really great IT Service Provider and all around help. Proffesional, courteous and best of all....they did great work quickly so it kept our cost to a minumum. I would recommend them to anyone in need of IT assistance networking and PC issues like we utilized them for.

After Ike, we had generator power and needed to get our business back on line. Our main computer would not boot and gave an error. I called Dell's support and they were unable to help us and frustration set in. I then called Eric at Upscale after 6pm on a Friday night, not only did he answer but soon was in our office repairing our computer. I could of spent hours figuring it out and still not correctly fixing the computer. It pays to hire a professional. Eric provided responsive and professional services. We would recommend him to anyone that requires a seasoned computer IT professional.
