Dr. John Wilson

Dr. Wilson came highly recommended but the staff was very rude and uneducated. I arrived for my appointment on two seperate occassions and both times they didn't have me in the books. I drove over an hour and even called to confirm the appointment but no one knew about it when I got there.

I got 2 different sets of post-surgery instructions and I consistantly felt as though the staff was annoyed when i asked questions. Even the office manager just kept saying "I cant help you thats not my job" I wonder what her job is? I had to look for answers to my questions online when I got home.

My dog still needs one more surgery and dispite the Drs prices and reputation, Im going to look for another facility that is friendly, professional and willing to treat their patients with respect and kindness.

Even though Dr. Wilson specializes in the expensive bulldog breed, he doesn't take advantage of that and charge you outrageous prices. He is very reasonable and his staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They were very kind to my family when we had to unexpectedly put our dog down in April. Very compassionate and very affordable for all pets.
