The worst display of customer service by a general manager that I've ever experienced in my life! I brought my nephew and his girlfriend here for a fun evening of bowling, I was excited for them as this was their first time and its a really cool, place. I'd been several times to watch sports and shoot pool. I purchased a game and my nephew purchased a game for himself and his girlfriend. I purchased mine separately as I wasn't going to stay but they would be able to stay and play their game together.. For my game I asked that all of our names be on the board because we'd be playing against one another. No problem, they were added. When I bowled I noticed that it kept asking me to bowl again and didn't go to the next person. I went to the front desk and told the customer service young lady Robin and the young man behind
the counter fixed the screen so they could bowl with me.

When my game was over my nephew went up to the desk to let them know he was now ready for his game. He was told by Robin he had to pay for another game, that he played his game already. This was not the way we paid to play so I asked to speak to a manager. As we tried to explain the situation to Patty Harp General Manager, we were met with attitude. She was very matter of fact, she talked down to us like we were idiots and kept asking.. you played your game right? I tried to explain to the GM that there was a miscommunication somewhere. Robin then explained that what we actually wanted was a lane instead of a game. She then went on to apologize, saying it was her fault for not explaining the difference between purchasing a game and a lane at our time of purchase. I appreciated that. I then said to the GM Pattie... okay so now how do we fix this? I was expecting her to say as a courtesy, because we want to make your experience pleasurable, we will open a lane for your nephew and his girlfriend to play their games. Instead she was very nasty and said twice "How do we fix it, how do we fix it"? We fix it by taking the money out of Robins bank! In order for them to get the credit for the game, because it was played already, the employee would have to pay for it!! I was floored. The GM assumed we were trying to get free games and when Robin admitted her mistake Patti was embarrassed. Why would you charge your employee for a mistake rather than compensate your customer who has just spent their money? Pattie was very disrespectful, unprofessional and presented herself as a bad ass, spelling out her last name to me as though I can't spell when I asked her for her name. Also threatening to call the police on us as we were voluntarily leaving the establishment. All we had done was try to get resolution. This turned out to be a horrible first time experience for my nephew and his girlfriend. I am in customer service and I would have never treated my customer or employee that way. I am also the restaurant examiner for Examiner.com where I write about Orlando restaurants and best kept secrets. Firkin Kegler will NOT be one of them! From what I've read on "Insider Pages" (another review site) we are not the only patrons that have experienced Patty Harps very nasty attitude toward customers. We left disappointed, frustrated, and discriminated against.

I had family in town from out of state and three small children in our group of 12. First the staff was impatient and snippy as we all discussed how many games etc we wanted to play. They lacked basic customer service skills like smiling

This Place rock huge place and great games. But Pat or Patty is the worst person I have ever dealt with. I was there as a guest to a birthday party and order some food and was over double charged and when i called to speak with the manger, she stated she had corrected issue and then said that the issue never happend. I will never go to this place again. She is rude with no customer service skills. If she is the owner then she need to hire some one that can provide some kind of customer service . She ruined my Sunday And there chance of having my company host anything at there location. I Hope Dave Buster come to town they know how to treat people.

Aside from the constantly horrible food, we just experienced the RUDEST service that anyone could imagine by Patty, who is one of the owners. Not to mention a dysfunctional attempt of a system for the bowling portion of the complex that I later found out was run by-you guessed it-Patty. There is nothing like setting up your game and then having her "accidentally" double book you with someone else. Not once, but twice! The best part was, she acted like it was our fault that she does not know how to do her job, did not accept accountability for making a mistake and had absolutely no regret for ruining the day of the two families that she essentially pitted against each other for the lanes and space that she double booked. The other family was equally as upset and many other families saw what had happened and were outraged. Shame on Firkin and Kegler for their lack of customer service and extreme rudeness by on of their Principals to the parents of both families who had small children present when she went off on a tirade!

I have been 2 twice to Firkin and Kegler. What a place we had a blast bowling in the state of the art lanes. The game room is alittle small. The restaurant has awesome food. Fun for the whole family.

I <3 The firkin and kegler!!! The service is amazing! Bowling Center, Billards, club, golf, arcade, resturant, and PLENTY of Bars!! Whoo Hooo! I went to an event there for my company.. it was just great great! THeir event department rocks!! Shara does an awesome job planning event there. We did not have one complaint! Thanks a Firkin bunch!! LoL!

This place is huge and awesome, it's a bowling alley, a bar, dancing, a full service restaurant, an arcade. They have HUGE tv's above every lane. HUGE, from floor to ceiling covering the entire back wall of the alleys. It's 2 floors of family fun. They even have valet parking, what bowling alley have valet parking. It's a cool place.
