Had Handyman Connection out to my house 5 times now. They sent 3 different guys and all were great. The last time the sent me Mr Oliver who was very very professional. He did the work as promised and it looks great. He was careful not to get debris in the pool. I did not think anyone could do it and he did. Thanks Handyman Connection

I had one bathroom with a tub converted to a shower with travertine. It looks so gorgeous and professionally done. It will add a lot of value to my home. It was so much cheaper than using one of those tub replacement companies. The craftsman found water damage beneath the old tile and made sure to fix the wall and put concrete durarock to prevent it from happening again. I was wondering why that bathroom always smelled musty. He built a shelf into the wall with travertine pieces to store shampoos and shower products. He built a granite seat. He was very knowledgable working with travertine and granite. I can't say enough about the craftsman. He always showed up bright and early at my door and stayed late to get the job done as quickly as possible so as to not inconvenience us for too many days. He also got along with my 3 yappy chihuahuas.??

I just had them remodel the interior and exterior of my house. The drywall repairs and painting inside were outstanding. The new 6" baseboard is perfect. They also fixed, and painted my siding and fascia. The attention to detail is just amazing. I'm gonna use them for all my rental properties.

I asked for a workman to prep kitchen cabinets for stain or painting. I received a quote and the workman was able to start the next day. However, the quote I was given was for five days of work, sanding and prepping, with a few other home repairs. Four of the days were short because the gentleman had to pick up his daughter from school. I am ok with that. The fifth day was simply picking up the paperwork. He had not done all of the cabinets. There was still shiny lacquer on many surfaces. A lot of surfaces were rough. The part that had been stained previously that I had asked to be re-prepped so they could be done correctly were not touched (about a third of the cabinets). When I asked him about the rest of the job he said that doing that part of the cabinets was not part of his quote. Well, the quote was outrageous for what i was left with. I called the company to have him come finish the job. He finally called but said it was something that could be done in five minutes and was rather rude about it. Storms came and he couldn't come that day, but I never heard from him or the company to make sure the work was done.I had several other companies come to give me a quote for painting. Every single one of them said they would have to sand and prep the kitchen cabinets (exactly what I had paid this company to do.) I finally found someone to do this and not charge an arm and a leg, considering the fact that I was billed $1800 on my credit card by Handyman Connection for prepping the kitchen cabinets and a paint job on a garage door. I do not understand what the worker thought I would do with cabinets that were not sanded down to paint, not smooth, still had varnish so the paint would not take, and a third of the cabinets still had a bad stain on them and needed to be sanded down. He sanded the doors, but they were not smooth. He did not sand the backs, sides and frame around the doors at all. What can you do with three different levels of cabinet finishing? Of course nothing will match and I had to start over. The people who are painting the cabinets for me now have spent two days (eight hour days _) sanding , smoothing and prepping so the cabinets could be painted. So the bottom line is that I am having to pay another company to finish what I paid $1800 for. I paid $1800 and the only thing that was done well was the garage door. He painted the front door to match. Included in the fee was pressure washing the two doors and he didn't even bother to spray above the door where there were webs and bugs, so it still looks sloppy. It would have taken two minutes. No thought of doing the job to the level of what I was charged.I could never recommend this company based on my experience.

We use this company at work. It depends on who they send, how the work is. We tried requesting someone who had done previous work that we liked, only to be told they don't really do requests. The work that we had done was completed on the same day the estimate was given so they are quick once they get there, but you do have to wait a couple of days for them to come.

We looked through the entire yellow pages and spent nearly three hours trying to find someone that would cut the pre-assembled formica counter tops we have purchased for our kitchen and finally found the Handyman Connection. A gentleman named Walter worked with us around our schedule and cut and installed the counter tops for us. (He was there from 6pm until nearly midnight!) Beautiful job. COuld not be happier with our new kitchen.
