My experience with Green and Clean was disappointing. They were unprofessional on the phone, complaining about getting lost and finding a parking place, not calling to confirm the job, then saying that they may not make it on the promised date. I was willing to forgive all of that, until I came home to find essential parts of their 'cleaning checklist' undone - the bathtub hadn't been touched, windowsills were filthy, and the dusting was haphazard. When I talked to them about it, they had the nerve to blame me, saying that the place was just so dirty that they couldn't get to everything. You'll have to take my word for it, but my apartment was, at worst, 'lived in.'
They claim to have 3 people working 3 hours on every job, but if they couldn't manage to clean the tub in a one bedroom with that manpower, I would hate to see what they do with a larger place. The last straw was when they tried to excuse themselves by insulting my apartment. I was really excited to find this service and ready to sign up for monthly cleaning, but now they've lost my business.
