Computer Repair

I was referred to the Computer Hospital by my mom. I called and they helped me over the phone. And their prices were CHEAP! I will definitely be using them again!

I called with a problem with my laptop and was pleasantly surprised that I wasn't told someone would have to call me back. The technician assisted me over the phone and then I received a call back a couple of days later making sure I had received good customer service. I am definitely a repeat customer and will also recommend them to family and friends.

I have absolutely no computer knowledge. I called the computer hospital and was so happy that they not only assisted me right then and there, but they also made it easy for me to understand what they were doing. First time that has ever happened!

I brought my system in for repair and instead of wasting my time and money telling me they could fix the problem, they were honest and advised me my system was too old and that the repair would only be a short term fix and that I would end up having to bring it in again to have the same problem repaired. They advised it would cost less to buy a new system. I appreciated the honesty of their staff and have used them ever since and will continue to use them for all of my computer repair needs.

I took my computer there about 5 years ago and I have been using them ever since. They do a great job for a resonable price and they are very quick. The first time I went there my computer was not booting; I was quoted over 2000.00 just for my data. The Computer Hospital saved my data for just 75.00 and got my computer up for under 200.00. I was impressed.
