I have been a parent here for many years and have never been more pleased with the school. I am a district manager in the retail industry and have to say I was very impressed with the courage of the owner to replace management last year. I say courage because I know first hand that an action of this this kind does shake things up a bit with staff changes that naturally occur when the bar of expectations is raised, and re-creating a solid, cohesive team takes a lot of hard work and dedication to the end goal. The new directors have been in place since February and are absolutely excellent!. They have created a team that is lively, engaged, clearly loving their jobs and my children are thriving both socially and academically. I am glad that I remained a parent through this transition period and applaud the owner on the improvements that have been made. We are planning on having another child this year and will, without hesitation, continue to be enrolled at this Goddard School. Without any hesitation, I wholeheartedly recommend this school and thank them for always maintaining their commitment to high quality and standards!

Our children have attended The Goddard School for a little over two years. We were initially pleased but have recently become very unhappy. It is clear the owner does not put money back into the program and building. The building is very run down and the classrooms are lacking lots of materials. There are not very many educational items or manipulatives just lots of "garage sale" type toys. We are currently looking for a new program!

The Goddard School in Noblesville is a great place to send your children. If you are looking for a daycare that invests in your child's education, this is definitely the place to check out. Your child from an infant all the way to preschool age will be immersed into an educational environment. They will learn to develop and enhance their gross and fine motor skills, all while learning to interact and communicate with their peers. All of these interactions and activities will better prepare them for their first day of Kindergarten and beyond. I have worked at the Goddard School for about a year and if I had children this is where I would want them to be. I am going for my Bachelors Degree in Elementary Education and I believe the Goddard School is preparing children to be life long learners.

I do not recommend this school to anyone. There are plenty of much better choices out there for where to send your children. My daughter went to this school for two years until she was old enoughto send to a much cheaper preschol that boasted similiar curriculum. My daughter immediately began learning so much more than she ever did at the goddard school. She has always been a very bright little girl. She went to the goddard school all day for several days a week; when switching to a 12 hour a week preschool- they taught her immensely more. They also change staff there so much that you can barely keep it all straight. Staff is contantly leaving and being replaced without a word ever said to you. Even when the employee remains there; they switch classrooms about every week again without any word to you about it.When I took a tour at this location they boasted long term employees, as it turned out they were worse in longevity there than any other school I have seen. I then went on to find out towards the end of our time at the goddard school that the staff at this location are irresponsible all the way up to the owner; they fail to simply do their jobs.

For the past 2 YEARS my child has been enrolled in the Noblesville Goddard School. She absolutely loves it! I absolutely love it! As a young single mother, I am super protective. With the world going to hell in a hand basket, I want to make sure there are people who wont hurt or mistreat my daughter in any way, there at Goddard I dont even have to worry about it. They are super friendly, super nice and really professional!!!!
If I ever have any questions I kno I can walk into the office and they will be answered immediately. Best School EveR!

My family and I love The Goddard School in Noblesville! My children wake up wanting to go to school. They have learned so much from all the wonderful teachers and the turn over is low. The average teacher has worked there for 2-2.5 years-wow! I have never found or seen anythng like it, just this year my first grader went to her new school reading at a third grade level!

I would have to strongly disagree with the post by deb h. I think the Goddard school is an awesome place to bring children as well as a wonderful place to work. I have been working at the Goddard School for over four years and I can't imagine working anywhere else. I have heard many horror stories from parents as well as other employees that have been to other centers and nothing compares. We have had teachers leave our school and come back begging to work here again because we are the best. You can't beat Goddard! I love working with all the children and watching them as they grow. I have worked in most of the rooms and I love all the children so much. If you want a safe place for your children to grow and learn so much, come check us out. Some people such as Deb, may have had a bad experience but that was most likely her doing.

As a parent of a toddler and a former preschool teacher, I fully trust The Goddard School in Noblesville, Indiana. The staff is incredible, and their love for children and education is evident. From the front office to the classroom, they are fully attentive to the needs of every youngster that walks through the front door.
When you enroll with Goddard you are not just gaining a first-rate education and care for your child, you are also gaining an addition to your family. There simply is no better place for children to grow than with The Goddard School.

I remember the first day I met Cathi, it was that hectic time right before Christmas, not the kind of time you have to be interviewing nannies and in home daycare providers. Ava was four months old, and although we had placed her with a family friend who had her own in home facility, Ava wasn??t thriving. Many days I would pick up and drop off, only to find her in the same exersaucer. She was being cared for but not to the level that she deserved.

Cathi assisted me immediately, she made changes within her organization to make it work. After, the first week of attending the Noblesville Goddard School, my husband said that the children will never go anywhere else. Peace of mind was a biggie for us. Ava was engaged in activities instead of placed in front of a television.

My husband and I have always agreed that the benefits of the Goddard School outweigh out of pocket costs. The projects and experiences Ava has been involved in at Noblesville Goddard cannot be replicated in my home, via mommy or nanny. I know, I??ve tried.

Noblesville Goddard, is not just a pre-school, it??s a community. My husband and I are transplants to the area. Cathi was on call throughout my pregnancy with Ava??s twin sisters. Cathi and her staff have served as valuable resources when dealing with childhood behavioral issues as well.

How many toys are laying around your house not being played with? What return do you get on those kind of investments? I knew I made the right decision when my grandfather said, That must be some daycare Ava goes too! The man doesn??t pass out compliments. My stepmother said, You are spoiling her wisely. I have a wonderful family that unfortunately all live far away but my Goddard family is a close second.

From my experiences, The Goddard School has an exceptional Pre-school program. As far as academics go, the teachers focus on language arts, creative art, science and nature study, social science, computer lab, cognitive/math skill, music and movement, and gross motor skills. Because the school is based on weekly themes, it is guaranteed that your child will learn about a variety of concepts from Down on the Farm and Arctic Animals to Healthy Habits and the Five Food Groups. All the while, incorporating sign language and Spanish into the curriculum.
As far as loving and caring teachers go, it couldn??t get any better. If you are looking for someone to care about your baby as much as you do, this is the place.

My child has been at Goddard School in Noblesville for more than 4 years. I cannot begin to mention how amazing our experience with this school has been. From potty-training and nurturing her to teaching her sign language, Spanish, computer skills, social skills, and spelling to name a few. She will be more than ready for school academically and socially because of the personal, loving, attentive environment my husband and I have chosen for her. Our Goddard School focuses on the individual child and that whole child. The loving and professional staff and owners are top-notch and have always made any of my concerns theirs. My husband and I know that there is no better care out there; our school cannot be beat. And that is priceless. I would encourage any loving, concerned parent who is searching to include our school on your tour list. You will so glad you did, and most of all, so will your child.

We just want to share with you our experience with The Goddard School in Noblesville. Truly, we do not know where to start we have so many positive things to say. On the first day that we walked into the school we felt a very warm, comfortable atmosphere. That was very important to us. You know when you get the feeling when you just know something is right, well that is the feeling we had the moment that we walked in the door. The professional yet loving staff made us feel right at home with our 3 year old little boy. We were looking for a school that gave him wonderful opportunities to be creative, learn many different things and to be taught in a fun but structured environment. A few days after our son turned 3 he started in the Get Set room at The Goddard School in Noblesville. The first week or so was a little tough for all of us. Before we knew it, we had our routine down and with the help of the teachers and friends that we had made at the Goddard School life was good ! Watching our little boy learning and opening up to new things was an awesome feeling to my husband and I. A couple of months had passed and now our little boy was potty trained and ready to start the Pre 1 program at The Goddard School. Wow, in a short time our baby turned into a little boy ready to start Pre-School.
In a very short time our little boy began using Spanish and Sign Language. He was doing puzzles, drawing and expressing himself through art and music. Wow.. He is only 3 and is doing so much! The teachers in the Pre-1 room are fantastic. They are the most patient ladies that we had ever met and were wonderful with all of the children! So we went through the school year in Pre-1, loved the ??Summer Camp? and then this fall our little boy started in the Pre-II program. Wow, now our little boy is 4 and starting his second year of Pre-School.
To some things up, my husband, little boy and I were sitting at our table eating dinner one evening and my husband asked the question ?? Why did we choose The Goddard School in Noblesville for our sons Pre-School ? In the meantime, our son counted to 10 in Spanish, counted to 30, said his ABC??s and used sign language to say ??please? and ??thank you? at the dinner table. At that point, I looked at my husband and said ??That is why we chose The Goddard School in Noblesville?.
Needless to say, we are very pleased at the progress our son has made and we know that with him attending the Goddard School we have opened up many avenues of learning for him. In this day and age our children need to be provided every chance we can give them to grow and learn. The loving, warm and courteous staff at the Goddard School has made us very comfortable and we would recommend The Goddard School in Noblesville to anyone.

I have been a mom at this Goddard School since 2003 when they first opened. My children have flourished under their care. Their program is excellent, the teachers are dedicated, and most importantly they ask for my input and suggestions. I am an extremely demanding person when it comes to my children. While other preschools / daycares proclaim to know everything about what children need, this school admits that every child is unique and that no one knows it all! As a parent I find it refreshing that they are extremely open and honest about their program and what my children do every day. If they don't know the answer they will research and find an answer. They ask for my input - not just for the benefit of my children but for all the the children. What I think is important to them - my opinion matters! How refreshing is that?! When we first enrolled the school had only been open a couple of months. Over the past 5 years if I was concerned about something I took my concern / issues to their attention and they genuinely listened. When they make a mistake, as happens in every business from time to time, they admit they made a mistake and correct the situation immediately. I have never seen teachers so excited to see my children every morning, so dedicated to their safety and education, or who genuinely love my children! When I pick them up at the end of the day, they are glad to see me, but they don't want to leave just yet cause they are having too much fun! If you want a preschool that puts the children first in every aspect, that have an endless supply of love and hugs, that teach from real lesson plans, and lets you know how much they value you... then this is where you need to be.

I had a really good experience with Goddard unti my 3 1/2 year old son started displaying aggressive behavior. One of his friends decided not to be his friend anymore and he was acting out constantly. Instead of doing anything about this Goddard took the approach to document all the incidents for two months and continue to do the same disciplinary action. Ok, I'm all for trying to find out the problem, but why would you do the same thing over and over and expect a different result? Insanity?

Anyway, after two months of this I couldnt stand it anymore so I moved him. I even took my son to a therapist as it was upsetting that "trained" "expensive" childhood development professionals (teachers) couldnt figure out a good way to deal with this situation. If your child does not respond well to getting in trouble and being placed in the middle of the room for all their friends to make fun of them than Goddard is probably not a good place for your child.

My son is doing exceptional in his new school and we figured out that if we reward him with stickers for every hour that he keeps his hands to him self he responds very positively.

Hmmmm, now tell me why did I pay more than I would pay at a Montessori school for nobody at Goddard to come up this solution or suggestion?

So, long and short of it is if your child has an ocassional outburst Goddard is probably okay. If your child needs a creative way to deal with being hurt, upset or other, than maybe Goddard isnt for them.

PROS: Caring teachers
CONS: Well trained? Teachers
