I ordered some custom bedspreads and valances from them only to discover a nightmare. I literally had to choke myself to wake up from being trapped on Elm Street.
The nightmare started when the initial sales rep who came to my home was about an hour late. On top of that, they had no clue what they were doing and how much items were. I couldn't believe how unprofessional they were for such a big retail outfit. Finally, when the order arrived, I got the wrong product and eventually got my money back. Just wasn't worth the headaches.

JCPenney is a great place to find moderately priced kitchen stuff, curtains, and household items.
I have purchased shoes, shirts, and pants repeatedly with success. The customer service is good and if a problem arises, they are very helpful.
