.

I was with Brad Fischer, again. This time with my friends just coming from China. (Hi, Brad, I'm looking at you, I'm know you're there.)

I purchased my Camry 2017 XLE with him and had a really nice experience.

Brad offered me the price I researched directly at the very beginning without wasting on MSRP minus regular discount that both of us know won't make a deal , which is one of most important quality about salesmen I would say. I didn't purchase any packages and he wasn't very pushy about that.

His sales style is friendly and entertaining as well. My cash was held up by the bank and wasn't able to finish the deal on Monday, thus I had to return on Tuesday. Brad let me keep the keys on Monday saying "It's yours just keep it". It doesn't change anything in the end, but a nice warm touch that really shows his style.

I recommended him my friend's family, and we were able to make a deal on a 2016 Prius as well. During the purchase, whenever my friend needed to discuss the price with his family and me, Brad will voluntarily leave the table and leave us some private space. We were able to remove the packages my friend didn't like even after the deal is reached, and the package price is directly subtracted from final without question.

The manager came and greeted us in the end when the deal is reached.

For both deals, we felt welcomed and respected even when we are trying to cut the price, the discussion between Brad and his manger regarding cutting price didn't show signs of disappointment or disapproval such as shaking heads, glancing at us, etc. I'm very sensitive towards implicit actions like this. (Whereas when I was helping my another roommate buying his pre-owned 2015 Cadillac from a different dealer, I can clearly notice the judgy sights from the manger, even though we were only trying to cut the price for a very modest 400 bucks for a 23,000 purchase).

Dealing with them is a nice experience, as a very sentimental customer. I walked into the Honda Open road, got pissed by the salesman picking his nose on my last visit to DCH Toyota about Camry, making "comments" on my preference on it, then try to sell me a basic trim of 2014 Accord for full MSRP price and say the packages are not removable.

(I feel like I still need a conclusion but the last paragraph feels like one so I'm just gonna leave it like that).

We had our heart set on a Highlander XLE we saw and went to purchase at another dealership - when we went to the other when it came time to "buy" the price became non-negotiable especially when they realized we were paying cash - they knew we wanted it and figured we wouldn't walk - well we did and so happy we did!!! DCH Brunswick bent over backwards to make sure we go the exact car we wanted for the price we wanted - there was no walking there. From our sales rep Jason Ding to the Sales, General, and Finance Managers' this dealership knows how to treat a potential customer and the bottom line!!!

I went in to test drive a car, and needless to say I left with one. I was sold a 2015 Corolla s plus. A delightful salesman named Boris helped me, as well as his fantastic manager Lisa. Assisted in my car purchase decision and gave me a great deal on my new baby car. I would recommend everyone in search of a new or used Toyota try this dealership out. This is my second lease I have done through here. Just listen and do ALOT of talking, they will work with you!

Very good experience at this dealership. I shopped their internet department and got a price quote sent back to me in like 15 minutes. It was competitive and along the lines of what I was getting from other dealers, but they were the only ones to follow up with me and made me feel like they really wanted to earn my business. More importantly there were no games played when I visited the showroom and although it took a little longer than I would have liked it was a pretty smooth transaction. I definitely recommend for future purchases

A part fell off my car driving through Delaware. Pulled into nearest Toyota dealer in Newark. They were very accommodating, diagnosed the problem, offered to order the part and repair/install under warranty. I deferred, advising them I was from NJ. I then went to DCH who tried to con me into paying for the repair, however they conceded when I produced the paper work from the other dealer and pointed out that the issues was well documented and repeatedly mentioned by others on the web's "priuschat.com". DCH proceeded to ignore me. It took 4 telephone calls and 4 e-mails and no one returned my calls or responded to my e-mails. I finally called the Service Manager and was finally able to arrange a service appointment for me. However, he was sarcastic, argumentative and arrogant. In the end the the work was done properly and in a timely manner, but overall I felt offended and abused.

I shopped the Internet Dept at Brunswick Toyota when looking to make my recent Corolla purchase. The price was fair compared to what everyone else quoted me, and I was treated fairly. What more can you ask for. I also like that their service department is open 7 days per week and that they have computers for you to use. Not just wireless access but actually computers that you can sit at and use. I'll be referring my friends and family.

DCH Brunswick toyota collision center sucks. DO NOT go to especially if using geico auto express. They did such a terrible job that my 5 yr old could have done a better job. the fender, hood, headlight not aline. paint job didn't match & not blended into car. left rust spots & didn't repair the damage inside the fender rails just slap cheap after market parts ontop of damage fender rails (I think thats what is called were the fender covers it). Was in auto accident & not my fault, person insurance (GEICO) said they will pay for repairs. took it to DCH collision were Geico told me to take it & that was my biggest mistake should have taken it to another body shop where there is no Geico auto damage claims adjuster situated inside the building with there own office there. Geico auto express repair = fast sloppy job NOT well done, go figure!

I brought my car in for a check engine light diagnosis. My ABS/Brake lights are on but I had already had that checked out. I specifically told them NOT to diagnose those lights, just the check engine one. After 4 hours and without a single update during that period, they told me they weren't done and I'd have to bring my car back. Brought my car back & was told the team that worked on it wasn't there that day (even though I was told they would be when I made the appt) & that I should come back another day. I came back a third day, they finished the diagnosis and told me I needed a new ABS computer (cost = over $2K). Asked specifically if they checked the two malfunction indicators I told them not to check & was told that the check engine light was related to the issue with the ABS computer. Thinking that wasn't right, I brought my car to a different dealership for a 2nd opinion. Was given a diagnosis of a bad gasket (cost ~$250). Will NEVER go back to DCH Brunswick Toyota again. Bad communication, poor customer service, incompetent.

I was recently there to get my car serviced. I was supposed to me meet with David Karlstein. The guy who came to get my car (not David) talked me into getting the dealer premium service by saying "we recommend all north east drivers to get this service done". I asked him if they had any promotions since their website had none - he said he'd speak with David to see what they could do and was asked to go wait in the waiting area. After 40 mins or so David came by to tell me my car was ready - he took me straight to the cashier...closed the door behind me and left. No mention of any discounts..how rude...cost me $100. The last time I was there my rep was Juan Gallego - he was very nice and offered me some great promotions. Will make sure I ask for him when I schedule my next service.

I agree with the other reviewer. I went to buy a Toyota RAV4 last week and the sales guy was OK and then for procing he brought the manager and he was awful and condescending. He wanted me to buy one of the 3 cars they had at sticker price. If I wanted the color I want he said he can get it from other dealer and I have to pay $ 1000 extra !!!And when I said I want the particular color he looked at me strangely without talking. then I went to Springfield (about 30 miles away) and bought the RAV4 I wanted on the same day.The manager's name was Bharat Narang. Strange... In these times also they dont know how to treat a customer and he wants the potential customer whatever is avaialble. May be his Philosophy is 'Car Dealer is the King'.. Hail the King!

This is actually a review of the DCH Brunswick Body Shop which is associated with the dealership and located a bit down the street. When my car got rear-ended, I drove all over southwest Jersey looking for a place that could repair my bumper and rear gate within a couple weeks, but most places I went to said that they couldn't even get me in for three weeks. I was really relieved when I found the DCH Body Shop. They Body Shop went to work right away, and they gave me the lowest estimate of the bunch! My car was ready in 3 days and the work they did was top notch. Some body shops associated with car dealerships can be a bit of a ripoff but I found this place to be very reasonable. I also had no billing problems.
