Jack and his crew were very professional and kept their work area clean. Jack described the various HVAC systems and answered my questions without putting any pressure on me to purchase an HVAC unit. The install job took two days because after removing the old furnace, they found out the return duct work and structure was in very bad shape. The had to rebuid the structure from the ground up. The second day, the crew worked late finishing around 6:30pm.

They finished the job in one pretty long day for them. We did have to call them back twice when the furnace would not come on but they took care of the problem. It is working fine now.The men worked quickly and quietly not disturbing us at all. Everyone was very nice.

Air Conditioner broke down previous day while I was out, so I called in the morning to see if he could come out that day (forecast was for 100+). He said he'd be out in the afternoon. About 3:30 I called, he was still taking care of someone else but would be over ASAP. Was there at 4:30, left at 4:50 with air conditioner working. It was the compressor starting capacitor. Didn't try to sell me anything else, didn't say it was something expensive, just fixed it as if it were his own. Great!

Response was quick and the technician was very friendly, courteous, and knowledgable. I open the service request in the morning and my air conditioner was running in the afternoon.

The company was very help full. They came out on the same day i called and took care of the problem. After they had fixed that issue i still had a problem with the AC, but the problem had nothing to do with the first problem, and even though the problems where completly different from one another they didn't even charge me for a second service call. And they let me pay the bill on payday. You just dont find to many companies like that.

We found Jack and his crew to be knowledgeable, friendly, and prompt. They did not try to over sell us as other bidders did. They were also able to complete the job in half the time the other bidders did. I would highly recommend this company to anyone and we will use them in the future.
