Very responsive to intiail inquiry, they came out to my house early the next day to prvoide me with a very fair estimate for work required on my roof. Eventually, the job was given to this comapny and they cam out on Thanksgiving morning (after assurance they were not disturbing my family or company). They were efficient, completed the job in timely manner and took the time to review the work they had done.

After meeting with a leading hardware store's experts who told me they would have to replace my ENTIRE roof to fix my tiny leak- Kojak renovations came in and figured out that my problem wasn't even my roof at all! It was actually a siding issue which they were able to fix in an hour and for about 2% of the cost of a new roof. I'll be using them again for any of my roofing needs.

I am extremely pleased with Kojack Renovations. Konrad and his partner were prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. They recommended that I NOT spend money re-roofing my house as a repair-and a somewhat inexpensive one at that- was all that was needed. I hope that they are still in the business when, in two years by their estimate, I need to have my roof done. I will, without a doubt, call them first. **As they do windows as well, I'll be calling them this summer to replace a bay window. They're great!

Rainwater started leaking through our closet ceiling at 6am on a Sunday. We left word for Kojack at noon, by three pm they were on our roof fixing the problem. They were fair in their fees, thorough in their work and neat in their cleanup. We will use them again for any and all roofing issues we encounter and recommend them highly.

Got a call within 2 minutes of requesting service. Scheduled for the next day. They came out and replaced the silicon caulk with a better material. Professional and courteous. Advised on durability of the fix and discussed long term options.
