Aura Laser Skin Care

I am 31 Latina with acne scars and acne mainly on my cheeks. I had taken acutane 3 times to help my deep cystic acne and all it did is scar and i feel disfigured my face. I had very deep lines across my forehead from the extreme dryness acutane causes and then the acne scars.
I went to Aura because my twin sister found them on google. She was so concerened with my state of mind that she went on the hunt for a place to seek advice other than plastic surgeons who only want to do surgery on my face and dermatologist who only prescribed more medicine to take ( NOne worked for me!)
I met Katy at Aura the lady everyone is writing about here on citysearch. she immediately told me "I will be able to help with the acne scarring and skin texture, but you also need to see an endocrinologist because i have seen many cases such as this and it needs the opinion of a specialist."
Your acne might be caused by something other than what they have given you medicine for. She was so informative!! i can't believe it! She was honest right away without trying to sell me a thousand dollars worth of services.I went to the my regular doc who gave me a referral and i saw an endocrinologist like Katy and i had talked about. The doc did some tests i had to wait a week for results. I was definitely in need of hormones. they started me on some medicine that worked within a week!! i have gone from doctor to doctor before with no luck.. Anyway, i went back to Aura Laser Skin Care with a box of chocolates for Katy as a thank you gesture.
I am now on my series of treatments she reccommended for the scars and the discoloration on my face. I have seen great results and love my skin now. Only those who have had acne can relate to how embarrassing it is to have people stare at your acne instead of look in your eyes when they talk to you. I am forever grateful, and i am serious!

I am disgusted by Calidora a medspa i went to in Redmond for Botox. I was charged over $600 dollars for Botox injections which should have only cost $400 dollars and i found out from the Nurse at Aura that i was extremely overcharged for my Botox and Restylane.
I signed up to have the injection done with Aura Dr. He did an unbelievable job on my lips and Botox is still lasting after 4mos! I WISH I HAD KNOWN BE4
Please know before you go! to any of these so called top notch medical spas.. I have found my spa of choice i really feel comfortable and trust the staff at Aura Laser Skin Care. No Gimmicks is really what they pride themselves on. I refer all friends to Aura Laser Skin Care now and they have a great referral program i have recieved two free microdermabrasions so far and skin care products which add up. I don't mean to bad mouth the other spa but it is outrageous and i was a fool!!

I am african with very dark skin and acne scars that are extremely dark. I have oily skin with large pores . Every physician and spa i have gone to has told me i can't have any treatments done with lasers and or chemicals because my skin might react and become darker or lighter.. I don't know!!.
I go by this place next to starubucks and decided to stop in and thought it won't hurt to ask another person maybe?? just maybe???!!!

Katy was my initial point of contact i have to say what a lovely gal. She is very eloquent and came across genuinely there to help. I felt at ease and decided to consult as she suggested. I couldn't believe my ears she actually told me there is a series of treaments i could do and lasers for the scars!!!??? i was jumping out of my seat with joy!! so many years of bad skin and dark patches can really take a toll on the self esteem. Anyway, she explained all that was to happen step by step. I felt she took her time to explain and educate me on skin and what to do at home to care for my skin.

I am now at the end of my treatment system i just have to say i am ecstatic and have told anyone i come across about this NO GIMMICKS, NO EMPTY PROMISES of flawless skin smooth as a baby results oriented spa!!
I don't wear makeup anymore. You wouldn't have caught me dead without it a month ago! i receive compliments from friends and even my teenage son!!??(that is a miracle!) I have started to lose weight and am motivated to excercise as my skin becomes more healthy i feel i want to make all of me healthy!

So, i thought this was Bogus!! but i am eating my words!!
I have a girl friend who up unitl a few weeks ago had such horrible acne and dark scars on her face. I told her her skin looks Awesome now what did she do? She admitted to me she goes to see one of the people at this Medical Spa.... She told me how they've managed to clear her acne and dark spots on her skin completely!
I went in to talk about what i call "Marshmallow EYES!!!" lol... i know you get the picture.They reccommended REFIRME! treatments! i thought hmm something to smoke??;0) just kidding it's a laser that breaks up the fat and tightens skin with radiofrequency and blah blah blah....
too much to write...so it made compelte sense and i signed up. I sat up after they did my frist eye at the gals request and i looked like i had a deflated eye and one huge puffy eye!!. it was a bit alarming, but she said just to show me the major difference the Refirme laser can make.. i mean it was unbelievable! she matched the other eye to the first. I left happy!
I highly reccommend Aura Laser Skin Care and the Refirme treatments for eyes as i have now seen the results and it has made a great change for me.

I am in the business world and always in meetings and talking to clients face to face. I have felt very uncomfortabel with my facial acne and scars. I used all the "Proacitves" and cosmetic counter products anyone reccommended. One of the guys i work with came to the office one day with really "Radiant" Skin...haa ha. i asked him did he have plastic surgery? "No! why?" So, i told him i thought his skin looked really nice... he immediately gave me a business card to Aura Laser Skin Care and explained how he is having treaments and it's very close to our office and unbelievably reasonable?? I thought he had some interest in the company, since he was boasting so much about how great they are?!
Anyway, found out he is not affiliated..lol and went in to see the gal he saw (Katy) for an initial consult...
The price was definitley reasonable.. the gal put me on a "Treatment Package" Specific to my skin needs according to what she suggested.
I have never felt better about my skin. I stopped tanning since i feel so good about my clear skin... i don't want to stop for fear my skin will go back to acne and problems i had all these years. I was told i can maintain my skin as long as i have once a month or two follow up treatments with my skin. I am hooked on this place.. It's completely worth it to me and i wish i knew then, what i know now about skin and skin care.. i feel totally educated and it makes sense what they preach about skin health..
