According to legend, 12th century Mongol warrios, led by the mighty warrior, Genghis Khan, heated their shields over open fires to grill food in the fields of battle. Choose your meats, spies and sauces and our Grill Masters will stir-fry the food with long wooden sticks, churning the ingredients until cooked to perfection. This is such a healthy way to eat. You control the amount of sodium and fat in your meal. The taste is amazing. My kids love filling up their bowls and dropping them off to be grilled.

I must say, this was a pretty awesome idea for a restaurant! If you don't like the food, then it's your own fault! You get to pick every single ingredient that goes into your stir-fry, from the meat, spices, veggies, rice or noodles. But don't worry! They also have recipes that show you how to make your favorites! I would recommend this resaurant to ANYBODY!
