I am a client of Jessica's for laser hair removal and I think she's awesome. She's always super friendly, on-time with appointments, and makes sure everything is clean. Besides having good prices and deals, I think she's a big reason I have such a great experience every appointment and continue to go back. Thanks, Jessica! The atmosphere is great. Jessica is the person that has done my laser hair treatments, and she is very nice and very professional. And she really knows what she's doing - the ultimate pro. I am so pleased with my results and the spa overall. I will never go to another spa!

Laser hair removal is more addictive than crack!!! It is fabulous? I originally started off with my bikini and underarms, but over the past few months I have added almost all of my body parts below my eyebrows J It has been the best investment in my body that I have ever made and ultimately a huge money saver (no more shaving cream, $14 five-blade razors, waxing, etc.). Even better, having no hair and smooth skin has added spontaneity to my life! I NEVER have to think about shaving my bikini line or legs before putting on some shorts or a bikini (or going on a date with my boyfriend)!
I did a ton of meticulous research before I decided to get laser hair removal and can not even count the number of various consultations I went to. Elements by far had the best vibe! The office is so unique, the treatment rooms are sanitary, they use the best lasers, and the staff is very knowledgeable, experienced, and caring. I have had all of my treatments with Jessica (she makes the process so enjoyable and she is very thorough), but I have interacted with everyone in the office and they are all great.
Not only do I do laser hair removal with Elements, but I also get monthly chemical peels and I am currently half-way through my Zerona treatments; my skin has never looked better and I have already dropped two pant sizes (I pulled out the size four jeans that have been hanging out in my closet for the past four years and wore the shit out of them this past weekend)? and I am only half way through the process.
If you are interested in laser hair removal, skin care, or weight/inch loss you need to search no further! Elements is your place! Enjoy your experience; I sure have, as have all my family, friends and co-workers that I have refered!

I was very hesitant about buying several treatments for laser hair removal when i didn't even know if it would work or not... but Michelle made me feel very comfortable, so i went ahead and did it. plus she teaches a class on laser training, so i knew that the employees there would be more qualified than other places i had checked.I met a few of the other ladies that work there, and they are all the same...very friendly, and well educated. i felt so comfortable. i guess thats because it wasn't like a doctors office, it has a real Austin feel to it. I have only had a few treatments, but i am so happy, i am only shaving once a month now! I would definitely recommend this med spa to everyone!

I love Elements, they've put an end to my unwanted hair for my back, chest, and arms. Michelle has been a wonderful help to me. When my body wasn't responding to one laser they moved me to another laser that has shown great results. So they]re able to assess what actually works so your treatment will actually work. They are super fast and always get me in and out on my lunch break. They have a great office filled with great personalities that help guys feel very comfortable with getting laser hair removal.

The building the laser spa is located in has characteristics of an "Old Austin"; rugged yet comforting and uniquly soothing. The staff is helpful, knowledgable, very friendly and easy to talk with. Great package pricing.

I love Elements Laser Spa! All the gals are great and make you feel comfortable. I have always wanted laser hair removal done and now that I have done A LOT of my body I am trying to find other places that I can treat - it is the best thing to do, esp in Austin where wearing a bikini and shorts in the summer is a must! I love that I can wear whatever I want (bathing suit at the gym, shorts, bikini on the lake) and not have to think about - "oh, did I shave?" Parking is a bit of a pain depending on what time you have your appt but they have car placards to put on your car so that you can park right in front (if there is space) during the day. Highly recommended.

I've been going to Elements Laser Spa for a year now and I have to say that they are the best I've ever tried. I've had 3 different kinds of treatments and nothing ever worked but they have the best lasers and really know what they are doing and my hair is GONE!

Not to mention that the staff is super friendly and make you want to know them personally and take them to happy hour with you. Pretty important stuff when you are trusting your skin and body with someone.

I would recommend them to anyone and will never go to another spa again for my laser, tattoo removal and zerona.

Elements laser spa is a diamond in the rough. Once you get inside, you are in a beautiful, relaxing atmosphere. They have so much to offer, with hair removal, great skin care products, an awesome makeup line, and professional and friendly staff. They are able to answer any questions or concerns you have and are very dedicated to making sure you have the best experience possible. I have had four treatments so far and I have never been burned and I hardly ever have to shave! I live in California, and every time I am in
Austin, I visit the Elements Laser Spa, because they are the best spa in town and it is worth every penny!

I love Elements. I've been going here for a couple years now. I've had everything from a facial peel to laser treatments done. I never have to wait once I get there and I'm in and out fast. Jessica rocks!!!

Having hair in unwanted areas is such an uncomfortable situation and in element they make you feel so comfortable and safe. They also find ways to make your appointments work with your schedule and they always go through everything with you so you know what to expect in each treatment. They do an awesome job at taking care of you.

I have been going to Elements Laser Spa for almost two years and I will be a customer for life! The staff is ALWAYS friendly and accommodating to fit your needs. I have been going to De De, my Elements Laser Spa Aesthetician and Laser Tech and she makes sure to make my visit pleasant and comfortable and on my first visit she was able to help calm my nerves and fears about laser hair removal and she gives the BEST facials ever! I also communicate with Nicole. She always sends me a friendly reminder regarding my appointments and with my hectic life, I appreciate my reminders so much! There are times I have had to cancel and Nicole always takes care of getting me rescheduled in a timely manner. I hope someone reads my review and acknowledges how wonderful Elements Laser Spa truly is and I appreciate not having to buy razors! Thank You Elements! I will see you next week! Brandy :-)

I originally was getting my laser hair removal done at Depilite before they took my money and ran. Elements was wonderful in negotiating a great rate for me so, I could afford to finish what I started. Also, the customer service I have experience as been superb. I would recommend them to anyone and have done so.

I was a little skeptical about using laser for removing hair but now that I have experienced the results, I am a true fan. My only regret is that I did not do this years ago. Elements has a wonderful staff that is very professional and friendly. They make you feel right at home. The procedure is explained to you before anything is done. Once you try laser hair removal on one area, you'll want to do another area! It's not painful and I can just go back to work afterwards. I would highly recommend Elements for your laser hair removal needs.

The staff is so friendly and they make you feel very comfortable throughout your procedures. They really do treat me like I'm their only client! The location is convenient. I'm always able to find curbside metered parking along 7th and San Jacinto. The rooms have great decor and a real Austin appeal. Once you try laser hair removal on one area, you'll want to do another area! It's not painful and I can just go back to work afterwards. Get the package deal for the laser hair removal - some areas go away faster than others, and you don't know how many treatments you'll need. I needed more treatments for my legs and upper lip than my underarms or bikini. And with the package, you get life time touch-ups if you have hormonal changes over the years (babies, menopause). You won't regret spending the money to get this done. I'll never have to shave anything ever again! Laser hair removal and this particular spa are highly recommended!

I have had the brazillian bikini line hair removal and my upper lip done and I am extremely happy with the results. I also used to have broken vessels (those ugly, fine, red lines) under my nose but they are completely gone and it only took one visit. I plan on getting my under arms and legs done next. My only regret is that I did not do this years ago. I would not trust just anyone when it comes to doing these types of treatments on your skin and especially the face. You want someone that knows what they are doing. It's like a great hairdresser. Once you find one that you love you never switch. Elements is The Best!

Cons: Parking can sometimes be a problem early in the morning. Bring money to feed the meter.

This place is absolutely awesome. FIRSTLY, when Depilite shut down without notice, Elements was willing to help me out with continuing my laser treatments there- if this has happened to you- talk to the staff at Elements!
My Brazilian bikini laser treatments have worked amazingly. I never even have to worry about it! The treatments are virtually painless and the staff makes me feel super comfortable.
Considering getting underarm hair removal and a package for my facial scarring. I DEFINITELY recommend Elements!!

Ok, I decided on a whim to go for a consultation at Elements Laser Spa and it has been amazing! First of all, its kinda a hidden treasure- I go downtown plenty but I had never even seen the shop. When I went for the first time (the pizza place next door is more noticeable than Elements) I was a little suspicious of it since the outside is totally deceiving. The inside is swanky and clean- the owner has been there each time I have visited and is super nice! He makes you feel comfortable and I think he sincerely cares that his clients receive exactly what they want! I decided to get my bikini and arm pits done (and when I finish paying them off via their easy no- interest credit) I'm totally getting my legs done- I am SO never shaving again! I have been waxing for years and after every session the bikini area was super red and sensitive to the touch...you won't get any of these side effects from the laser! It doesn't hurt at all compared to waxing and the results are amazing! It feels like a soft quick zap- you feel the puff of cool air more than the zap so its really nice- they have the best laser on the market! I was shocked at the lack of side effects...I have fair skin and my skin is super sensitive so if I can do it anyone can! After my first session I only had re growth of like 4 hairs on each side of my bikini area- I AM AMAZED EVERY DAY and I wish I had done this sooner! Let me tell you about my esthetician Jessica....she is AWESOME! She makes you feel totally comfortable and has sincere and genuine conversation with you while you are getting your procedure done (which really only takes about 5 min!). I absolutely love her and recommend her to everyone!!! Everyone there is SO nice and makes you feel welcomed when you walk in the door! All and all- I am constantly recommending Elements and Jessica to everyone I know and I look forward to going back every time! I highly recommend Element's Laser Spa and you should schedule your consult TODAY!!!!

All of the staff at Elements Laser Spa are friendly, helpful, and make me feel completely comfortable. I have had a number of laser hair removal treatments and have almost zero hair left - it really works! Highly recommended! They have great deals too - start going when they are having a sale.

Like many other people in Austin, I was totally tricked by Depilite Laser. They only provided 4 out of the 8 treatments I paid for and as soon as they had all the money they totally skipped town!!! They were complete crooks who have made away with so many people's money. I found out that Element Laser was willing to help me out and I am so glad I went. The staff is professional, courteous, and experienced. They explained everything in detail and answered all my questions. The spa is in a beautiful building downtown and is very hygenic. I would recommend this establishment to any of my friends. Good luck!

I can't relay how happy I am with my results of the laser hair removal treatments. Some of my first childhood memories are of being teased for the amount of hair I had on my arms. Now, being almost finished with my laser hair removal treatments I'm beyond excited with the results!! I've gained more than just hair free arms, but confidence as well. The staff is fantastic! The building is beautiful and relaxing! I couldn't be happier. My many heartfelt thanks to everyone at Elements Laser Spa!!!

I can't say enough good things about Elements Laser Spa. The results have been amazing!! I had both underarm and bikini areas treated. The hair is gone and was pretty much pain free. I had been going through painful waxing and this was so much easier. The sessions have been quick and timely. The rooms are always clean and comfortable. And I can't say enough good things about the service. They are always kind and focused on customer satisfaction. I have been seeing Jessica and she is wonderful. I would recommend this spa to anyone who wants to stop waxing or shaving and be hair free!!!

I won a package with Elements Laser Spa at last year's Bridal Extravaganza. It's probably the best prize I ever could have won! Everyone who works there is wonderful. They are all so friendly and helpful. I live out of town, so I had to do my appointment scheduling online. It made my life (and wedding planning) so much easier. The office is clean and professional, and they run incredible specials. The laser doesn't hurt one bit, and the best part is no more shaving or waxing!!! I would recommend this place to anyone without any hesitation at all!

Don't be fooled by the exterior of this hip little spa. Once you locate the discreet doorway between a pizza parlor and the rest of the building, you'll be on your way to beautiful skin. Decorated with funky, original artwork, this place is a must for everyone from a laser newbie to a facial connoisseur. I'm a freelance makeup artist and am continually asked for recommendations for a trustworthy spa. Interestingly enough, a model on a photo shoot turned me on to Elements Laser Spa. Although they offer facial treatments, tattoo removal, and other great services, my experience with them has been limited to laser hair removal. I am repeatedly impressed by their upbeat staff, straightforward pricing, highly effective treatments, and most importantly - their detail to hygienic practices. I've hosted a laser party at the spa as a way to share this little gem with my close friends and clients and will continue to recommend them well into the future. My treatment specialist has been Jessica, but I have heard only great things about the other members of the staff. (FYI: I appreciate review sites and use them all the time. You might see my review of Elements Laser Spa on other review sites as well.)

Pros: Consistantly high standard in hygenic practices - a must in this business.

Cons: If you drive by too fast, you might miss their doorway!

Elements Laser Spa is fantastic! Not only do they have the best prices and most flexibility in town when it comes to laser hair removal packages, the staff are wonderful and always accommodating. I found out about Elements through a bridal extravaganza over a year ago and I've been hooked ever since. I went to another well known and touted laser hair removal place to check their prices and nearly peed my pants because they were sooooooo expensive compared to Elements Laser Spa for exactly the same product. Elements also offers microdermabrasion, chemical peels, facials, etc. and own Mad Dog Tattoo removal (which I've also had done and couldn't be happier with).

If you want to be hair free and not be ripped off, this is the place to go! You won't regret!

Pros: Awesome staff, premier service and unbeatable prices!

Cons: Downtown parking is a pain sometimes - there is a pay lot next door though

Laser treatments aren't always the most fun time you've ever spent on a table, but Jessica, at Elements Laser Spa downtown, makes the experience enjoyable. She's professional, friendly, and gets the job done quickly and thoroughly. What more could you ask for?
