Terrible company.
I purchased a Security Alarm from them in July of '09, installer came to do the install and did not seem very knowledgeable, especially when it came to location of sensors and motion detectors. Installer also forgot the power adapter and video camera for the installation. He rescheduled for a few days later to finish the install. He showed up with the power adapter but not the camera. Installer was very pushy about me going ahead and signing the paperwork that says the installation was finished, but I would not sign it. I call in to get the camera installation completed and leave a voice mail. I get a voice mail the next day from them asking me to call back so I return the call and again, get voicemail. I never received a call back and my attempts to contact them were not working. At this point I am furious... a year later with out receiving a letter or phone call from them I get a letter from a collection agency demanding I pay up or they will take me to court. So now I just paid thousands of dollars for a system that does not work or have service. I am going to report them to the BBB and take them to court to try and get my money back. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!
Super fast communication. I called on a Sunday evening around 10pm and got a sales person. He answered all of my questions and scheduled to meet with me the very next day. The service and price was great. I would highly recommend pro tech nation. Their service after the sale is also outstanding. I called them a few weeks after my alarm system and they took care of me right away.
I had a great experience with Pro Tech Nation, and I strongly feel that the reason why was Gino, the sales guy! Gino really took his time sitting at my dinner table and explained everything in detail to my family and I and actually took the time to find out what was important to us, and then put together a security package that would cover our wants and needs. I'm very happy to say that I'm a Pro Tech customer and have already recommended this company to other family members. Pro Tech is definitely the company to hire to ensure the safety of your loved ones. Thank you Gino!!!

Guys came by and installed my system today. Completed install in a timely manner. Recieved all promised equipment. I shopped around after they told me they were confident they had the best value - I couldn't find a better deal in town. I even called a dealer out of state that advertised a better Monitronics deal and when it came down to it, they couldn't match ProTech Nation. Overall satisfied.
Pros: Value, professional installation and customer service
Cons: Company doesn't do survellience cameras; however, stated they will be offering cameras within the year.
