Bought an air-conditioning and heating unit from this company that breaks down regularly. Whenever I call to get the unit fixed under warranty be it winter or summer it takes Magic Touch up to 2 weeks to get the problem fixed. This last time I was told it would be 10 day before a service rep would even be available to look at it much less order a part and service it. This is Arizona and it is approaching 100 degrees this week right now and no one is available to look at my unit for more than a week? The machine I bought new from them less than five years ago at over $5000.00 has had to be repaired 5 times. The ugly word for this company seems to be Warranty and their inability to want to honor the warranties on the machines they sell their costumers. They sold me this machine that is a lemon and they don't want to service it when it breaks down? Why did they sell me the machine? Why do they not want to order parts for this machine and keep their promises about the warranty we purchased from the manufacture they suggested. We payed extra for that and then got another warranty from Magic Touch for an extended warranty for all workmanship and labor for 12 years? We are being charged for a service charge after all that too. I understand that things break down and need to be repaired, what I do not understand is this company not wanting honor the repair warranties it sold us in a timely matter. The last service man told us this company no longer sells our unit as it is a piece of crap, and we could go somewhere else to be serviced for our warrantees. This was after we caught him lying to us about ordering parts and getting approval for the PO from the insurer of the warrantee. Magic Touch has not been the best business to work with for us I am sorry to say. I have saved every piece of paper I have gotten form this company. It is unfortunate that many online review sights allow the companies being reviewed to take down and manipulate what the public sees. If I had seen other negative reviews i would not have used this company.

Nice to find a trustworthy and honest company. Bought their air conditioner tune up and used the coupon. The guy gave my air conditioner a clean bill of health and didn't try to sell me extras.

I have used Perfect Temp Air Conditioning for many years. They are a first class business with outstanding service.

Perfect Temp Air Conditioning took care of all of my A/C issues with no problem! I was impressed and plan on requesting them again when I need another A/C repair.

I called them because the temperature in the house wouldn't go below 84 degrees. I expected it to be a big ordeal to make an appointment, wait all day for the guy to show up, him tell me a bunch of technical jargon and so on.
They were great! Very friendly office staff, making the appointment was easy and convenient. Sam arrived right when they said he would, and they called me to tell me when they were on the way. Such a friendly and smiley guy, he found the problem very quickly, and explained it without a bunch of mumble jumble. It's cooling better then ever now! I will use them again and refer them to anyone.

I don't know if the first company was trying to take advantage of us or if Magic Touch is just better at what they do but we now have heat and it cost us $312 not $2000 and not $6000. Wished I would have spent more time asking friends for a referral verses trusting these online reviews. We had two service calls with charges upon charges for fixing the same thing. After the third time we gave up. The management is unresponsive and belittling. I would ask for my money back but that would be a battle I have no time or energy to fight for. Don't believe the hype--stick to friend and family referrals FIRST. Don't believe online reviews as there is no way for telling if it is a friend or co-workers fake review as I'm certain the ones about Magic Touch mostly are.

After a bad experience with another company we called Magic Touch Air Conditioning and are glad we found them. Simply fantastic on every level, not one thing that was just so-so. Thank you Magic Touch Air Conditioning.

Jack was both polite and professional. I feel quite confident that I'm in good shape now and won't have any more problems with my air going out in the middle of the night anymore. I can't say I had the same confidence in my last company. With employees like Jack it's obvious why Magic has so many people saying great things about them. Attention Rich Morgan-president, you've got a great company and a customer for life!

We WERE SO IMPRESSED WITH THE SERVICE AND CARE WE GOT FROM MAJIC TOUCH. WHERE DO I START? FIRST WE WERE ABLE TO GET SERVICE WITHIN TWO HOURS OF OUR INITIAL PHONE CALL. THE LADIES IN THE OFFICE WERE SO POLITE AND EFFICIENT. THE SERVICE MAN WAS POLITE AND FOUND AND FIXED THE PROBLEM VERY QUICKLY. HERES THE PART THAT WAS SO IMPRESSIVE. THE SERVICE MAN INFORMED US THAT THE PART THAT NEEDED TO BE REPLACED WAS STILL UNDER WARRANTY. WE HAD NO IDEA THIS WAS THE CASE. WE HAD ANOTHER COMPANY REPAIR THE SAME PART A LITTLE OVER A YEAR AGO AND THEY NEVER MADE US AWARE WE WERE STILL COVERED BY A WARRANTY. WORLD CLASS is a great way to sum up this contractor! I had been using Tommy Graff as long as I can remember and was sad to see him retire for my own selfish purposes but happy for him. I was not looking forward to "trying out" a slew of contractors before I found the right one. I'm not the kind of person who bounces around and want to know I feel totally comfortable with any contractor that is going to be working in my home. Success on my first try with this contractor! No slick salesy type guy, no sweaty stinky guy, no inexperienced guy, we've all seen before. True pro's, friendly, experienced, straight shooter! I found my new contractor and couldn't be happier with my find.

I was very happy with the fast response time and how polite both the office staff and service guy were. Tom fixed what other company couldn't. I was told by a different company that the air conditioner could not be fixed and I should just buy a new one. My neighbor suggested I call Magic to get another opinion and that they could be trusted. The alternative was spend thousands on a new air conditioner so I figured I would take the gamble since I cant afford that right now anyway. They sent a technician named Tom who not only said the air conditioner COULD be repaired but he could get the parts needed that day and return to fix it. He did suggest I consider replacing it also since it is almost twenty years old and not in the best shape but was not pushy about it. Since I just went back to work after almost five months of being unemployed, replacing it is not an option for me at this point. So I spent $344 and it's working good again. I just need to make it through this summer and hopefully will be able to replace it next year. I will call Magic to do it and I will ask for Tom.

Fast service on a Sunday with no weekend rate extras. Tech was obviously very experienced and got the air working again quickly. I will use them from now on and refer anyone who asks me to them for sure.

I will definitely use this company from now on. I called on Sunday and not only did someone call me back in less then 15 minutes, they sent someone out an hour later and didn't charge me overtime rates. The man was very nice and explained the problem and what it would cost to fix. He had the parts needed on his truck and had my heat back on in about 45 minutes. I was warm 2 hours after my initial phone call, that's great customer service in my book. RT, Mesa

Yeah I've been using this company since the late 90's and they are always good to do business with. I've referred a lot of business their way to and my freinds are all pleased with them.

My house is 16 years old and never cooled or heated properly before yet still I had outrageous utility bills. I had 4 companies give me estimates including the company that was servicing my units for three years. Magic Touch was the third company to come out and I knew within 30 minutes they were much more thorough than the first two. I still had one more company coming to my house to give me an estimate and I told them I wanted to talk to that company before I made a decision, the salesman was very polite and never pushy. Magic Touch was the only company that measured my whole house and asked questions I had never even considered. I checked them out with Trane, the BBB and the register of contractors and as they claim, no complaints against them ever. The work was done when they said it would be and without any surprise costs. They even repaired my ice-maker for me at no charge! My units work better than ever and are less "tons" than the old ones. My electric bill went down 60%. A++.
